He Is Willing

Image
“In one of the villages, Jesus met a man with an advanced case of leprosy. When the man saw Jesus, he bowed with his face to the ground, begging to be healed. “Lord,” he said, “if you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean.” — Luke 5:12 (NLT) This man humbled himself in the presence of the Lord. Let us bow in His Presence with a humble heart. This man also recognized that Yeshua was able to heal Him. He had faith in Yeshua. However, he said “IF” you are are willing. Know today, that our Savior is indeed willing. In Luke 5:13, Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” And instantly the leprosy disappeared.” King Yeshua reaches out to touch us too. Be receptive to His touch. He is able to heal us and make us clean. Thank Yeshua for who He is, our Redeemer, Advocate and Healer. May we submit to His ways and trust in His timing.

Bitter or Blessed?

Image
“Don’t call me Naomi,” she responded. “Instead, call me Mara, for the Almighty has made life very bitter for me. I went away full, but the LORD has brought me home empty. Why call me Naomi when the LORD has caused me to suffer and the Almighty has sent such tragedy upon me?” — Ruth 1:20-21 (NLT) After the death of her husband, and later, her two sons, Naomi felt that the LORD had raised His fist against her. (See Ruth 1:13) Instead of being called Naomi, which means pleasant, she told them to call her Mara, which means bitter. But look at Yahweh and His faithfulness to continue providing for her. In Ruth 1:6, He got word to her in Moab, that the LORD had blessed His people in Judah by giving them good crops again. In Ruth 1:16-17, He provided the loyalty of her daughter-in-law, Ruth, who told Naomi: “...Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you live, I will live. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God. Wherever you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. May th...

Close Beside

Image
Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me. — Psalms 23:4 (NLT) No matter what you are walking through today, know that YAHWEH is close beside you. In Isaiah 41:13 He says: “For I am the LORD your God, who upholds your right hand, Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’” What the enemy means for evil against you, the LORD is able to work it all together for good. He restores and revives your life. He opens before you the right path and leads you along in His footsteps of righteousness so that you can bring honor to His name. (See Psalm 23:3 TPT)

Hope in Our Helper

Image
Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there. But joyful are those who have the God of Israel as their helper, whose hope is in the LORD their God. He made heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He keeps every promise forever. — Psalm 146:3, 5-6 (NLT) The unfailing love of the LORD, is as vast as the heavens; His faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds. His righteousness is like the mighty mountains, His justice like the ocean depths. He cares for people and animals alike. How precious is God’s unfailing love! All humanity finds shelter in the shadow of His wings. (See Psalm 36:5-7)

Go Deeper

Image
When He had finished speaking, He said to Simon [Peter], “Put out into the deep water and lower your nets for a catch [of fish].” — Luke 5:4 (AMP) Our relationship with God is not to be surface-level or superficial and confined to a Sunday morning. God calls us to venture out into the deep, with Him. In John 10:14 (AMP), Jesus said: “I am the Good Shepherd, and I know [without any doubt those who are] My own and My own know Me [and have a deep, personal relationship with Me ]—” Those who don’t have deep roots, don’t last long. They fall away as soon as they have problems or are persecuted for believing God’s word. (See Matthew 13:21 NLT) John 20:31 (AMP) says: …these have been written so that you may believe [with a deep, abiding trust] that Jesus is the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed), the Son of God; and that by believing [and trusting in and relying on Him] you may have life in His name. Colossians 1:10 (AMP), instructs us to steadily grow in the knowledge of God [with deeper fa...

He Satisfies the Thirsty

Image
Jesus answered, “If you drink from Jacob’s well, you’ll be thirsty again, but if anyone drinks the living water I give them, they will never be thirsty again. For when you drink the water I give you, it becomes a gushing fountain of the Holy Spirit, flooding you with endless life!” — John 4:13-14 (TPT) “Listen! Are you thirsty for more? Come to the refreshing waters and drink. Even if you have no money, come, buy, and eat. Yes, come and buy all the wine and milk you desire— it won’t cost a thing. Why spend your hard-earned money on something that can’t nourish you or work so hard for something that can’t satisfy? So listen carefully to me and you’ll enjoy a sumptuous feast, delighting in the finest of food. (Isaiah 55:1-2 TPT) In Revelation 21:6 NLT, Jesus says: “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega—the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life.” Come and drink. With triumphant joy you will drink deeply from the wells...
