(Ephesians 6:12) First Peter 5:8 (NLT) says: Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. We are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do. We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. (2 Corinthians 10:3-4 NLT) Believers ought to always pray and not lose heart. (See Luke 18:1)

He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
