Manna for Your Morning

You have caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But You brought us out to rich fulfillment. — Psalm 66:12 (NKJV) No matter what we go through we can take comfort in the fact that God is with us. His Presence is priceless. His mighty Presence enables us to overcome every obstacle. His Presence ensures our victory. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you (Isaiah 43:2 NKJV). When you are in the midst of fiery trials, keep following the Lord and know that He is bringing you out!

Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment (for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea. — John 21:7 (NKJV) When Peter heard that it was the Lord, he left behind all his worldly concerns about the fish and what was going on in the boat and dived into the water. He totally immersed himself in the water, so He could get to Jesus, without any delay. We also, need to leave our worldly concerns behind and take the plunge into the fountain of living waters. Let us keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, and  continue to draw closer to Him. May we get to know Him more and more each day. Jesus is the answer to every problem. He will reveal what we need to know to overcome every obstacle that comes our way. He opens the doors that need to be opened and closes the ones that need to be closed. This is the day the LORD has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.  — Psalm 118:24 (NKJV) This the day to rejoice, knowing that whatever circumstances are before you, our GOD is greater. No matter how high the obstacle, our Mighty God is bigger and higher. He is above all. This is the day to keep standing on God's Word and His promises. This is the day to keep loving and forgiving. This is the day to praise God for who He is and all that He is going to do in your life, this very day. Hallelujah!
