We continue to carry them with us, throughout the day. Often, telling others about them. And the more we magnify them, the larger they seem. Let them go and allow the peace of God to rule in your heart and in your mind. It is prideful for us to think we can handle anything better than our great God is able to. Experience a lighter load, by releasing all your cares to God and relying on Him to give you success in that situation. I once read: “Instead of telling God how big your problems are. Tell your problems how big your GOD is.” Amen. “Forgive us the wrongs we have done as we ourselves release forgiveness to those who have wronged us.” — Matthew 6:12 (TPT) May we not harbor any unforgiveness or bitterness in our hearts toward those who have hurt us. Psalms 86:5 (NKJV) says the Lord is good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in mercy to all those who call upon Him. However, Matthew 6:15 (NASB1995) says, if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions. So let us continually release forgiveness and the sweet fragrance of love. First Corinthians 13:5 says, love keeps no record of being wronged, and the second greatest commandment in Mark 12:31 says: ’You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ We may not be able to forget the wrongs we have suffered, but we can stop intentionally recalling them and rehearsing them over and over again in our minds, or repeatedly reminding the person who did the wrong. Once we cast our cares on the LORD, we need to RELEASE them. Let them go and trust God to handle it. As we continually cast our cares on the LORD, let us daily commit our ways to Him. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He will do it. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your judgment as the noonday. — Psalm 37:5-6 (NASB)

The burden of the word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi. — Malachi 1:1 (NKJV) Malachi was burdened with a word from the LORD that he had to release. The word “burden” has a heaviness to it, but it can also be a beautiful thing. In Matthew 11:30, Jesus said: “ For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. ” The burden Jesus gives us is light. However, manmade burdens are too much for us to bear. Matthew 23:4 says: For they bind heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. May we feel the weight (or the significance) of God’s Word more than anything the enemy brings our way. Let us put on the burden of the Word of the LORD, and release it to others. The Word says all things are possible with God. That is a much more easier burden to bear than one of discouragement and defeat. Every word of God proves true! (Proverbs 30:5a NLT)

(Psalm 68:19 NIV) Release your burdens to the Lord our God and rely on Him. Rely on His unfailing love, to be your support. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!” (Psalm 91:2 AMP) Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. ”  (Matthew 11:28 NLT) His yoke is easy and His burden is light.” (Matthew 11:30). When we come to Him, we are refreshed and strengthened.

“And you, because of my blood covenant with you, I’ll release your prisoners from their hopeless cells. Come home, hope-filled prisoners! This very day I’m declaring a double bonus— everything you lost returned twice-over!” — Zechariah 9:11-13 (MSG) Anxiety, fear, or depression, no longer has dominion over you. The LORD has released us from any hopeless cells of despair the enemy had enclosed around us. No matter how hopeless your situation may appear, keep your hope in our wonder-working God alive. Come home to the Land of Hope! Be held captive by the hope you have in your heart for our living God and His mighty power to save and deliver. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the LORD sustained me. — Psalm 3:5 (NKJV) No matter what we faced yesterday, the LORD brought us through. (Hallelujah!!!) He watched over us as we slept and gave us the strength to get up out of bed this morning. Let us give thanks and praise the LORD! Not only did He wake us up, but He also poured out new mercies and compassions upon us. Whatever life brings your way today, remember to release the weight of all your cares and burdens on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail) (Psalm 55:22, AMP).
