Manna for Your Morning

For you have made Yahweh—my refuge, the Most High—your dwelling place. No evil will befall you, and no plague will come near your tent. For He will command His angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. On their hands they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone. — Psalms 91:9-12 (LSB) This poor man called out, and Yahweh heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear Him, and rescues them. O taste and see that Yahweh is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! Psalms 34:6-8 LSB) Take refuge in the Most High, at all times. 

“See, I am sending an angel before you to protect you on your journey and lead you safely to the place I have prepared for you.” — Exodus 23:20 (NLT) Yahweh will lead us safely to the place He has prepared for us. He equips us, provides what we need and puts us in the right position at the right time, to fulfill His purpose and plan for us. However, we must follow His lead. Psalms 91:9-12 (NLT) says: If you make the LORD your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home. For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. Bless Yahweh, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! Bless Yahweh, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will. — Psalms 103:20-21 (LSB)

You will not be afraid of the terror by night, or of the arrow that flies by day; Of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, or of the destruction that lays waste at noon. A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not approach you. — Psalm 91:5-7 (NASB) There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear… (1 John 4:18) and the love our heavenly Father has for us perfect and unfailing. He will cover you and completely protect you with His pinions, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and a wall. “For I the LORD your God keep hold of your right hand; [I am the Lord], Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’ — Isaiah 41:13 (AMP) We do not have to fear because God is with us. He has a firm grip on us and He’s not letting go. He is with us and He will help us. We can always rely and depend on His help. For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. (Psalm 91:11 NASB) Praise God that we get to journey through life with Him by our side. How happy are those who have learned how to praise You; those who journey through life by the light of Your face. Every hour of the day, they rejoice at the sound of Your name. Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you. — 1 Peter 4:12 (NLT) In John 16:33, Jesus reminds us that we will have many trials and sorrows, here on earth. But He also encouraged us to be of good cheer and take courage, because He has overcome the world. When faced with situations that seem impossible, rely on God to be your Champion. With God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26). He empowers us to live above the circumstances, in His perfect peace. As we continually put our trust in our heavenly Father, He will show Himself strong on our behalf.  For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone. (Psalm 91:11-12 NKJV)

When Elisha’s servant arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” (2 Kings 6:14-15) So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And Elisha prayed, and said, “LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. — 2 Kings 6:16-17 (NKJV) When you wake up in the morning and it seems like the enemy has you surrounded, remember,  there are more on our side than on theirs! Greater is the One in us than he who is in the world. Do not fear, for He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.
