When we worship the LORD, our worries flee, and His power fills the atmosphere. The sure thing we have with Jesus, is victory over this world. Fix your thoughts upon the Most High God and dedicate your hearts to Him.

You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! — Isaiah 26:3 (NLT) When our thoughts are fixated on trying to figure something out, it often leads to frustration. When our mind is constantly contemplating, “what if” scenarios, it leads to anxiety and fear. When we trust in the LORD and fix our thoughts on Him, He will keep us in perfect peace. When you start to worry or have anxious thoughts, pass them on to God and reset your mind upon Him. Turn your worries into prayers and praise Him that He is with you to help you overcome. He has already given us the victory. Psalm 55:22 (NLT) says: Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall. That is a sure thing! “You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You…” (Isaiah 26:3 AMP)

Don’t quit in hard times; pray all the harder. — Romans 12:11-12 (MSG) Let us be cheerfully expectant. Our God is faithful and His Word does not return to Him void. He is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, (Ephesians 3:20 NASB). Be on fire for Jesus and keep your hope in Him alive. Those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing. (Psalm 34:10b NKJV)

When we rely on His Presence in us, we are able to draw from the vast resources He has made available to help us in our time of need. Continually seek His wisdom, guidance, and strength. Let us be cheerful as we look to our heavenly Father with expectancy and hearts aflame with hope.

A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world. — John 16:21 (NIV) Just as a woman endures labor pains in order to deliver a baby, we too must persevere some trials and suffering, in order to give birth to the dreams and desires God placed inside of us. Once the labor pains begin, it's only a matter of time before a new life is born into this world, but the mother has to go through the process. Let us not quit in the process of realizing our dreams and goals. Don't let the pains of childbirth discourage you. We can look forward to the inexpressible joy that will be ours as we accomplish all that God has for us. If you are in the waiting room of life, patiently wait, full of expectation, knowing that your time will come.

Every day of my life was recorded in your book.  Every moment was laid out  before a single day had passed. — Psalms 139:16 NLT We often respond prematurely to an event that is only the current chapter, in the book of our lives. God knows the whole story. He wrote the book. So don't put a period after life's challenges present themselves. Instead, put a comma and a "BUT GOD!” We have not reached the conclusion of a matter until God says, it’s over. The enemy wants us to get discouraged and quit, but let’s continue to fight the good fight of faith, to the end. Our victory is etched onto the pages of eternity!

I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD! — Psalm 27:13-14 (NKJV) The Message Bible says: Stay with God! Take heart. Don’t quit. I’ll say it again: Stay with God (Psalm 27:14). Day and night I’ll stick with God; I’ve got a good thing going and I’m not letting go (Psalm 16:8 MSG). The only good and lasting thing we have is our unconditional love relationship with the LORD. Pursue a deeper, more intimate relationship with Him and you will always have the strength to face another day.
