Call on His Name

Image
I called on Your name, O Yahweh, out of the lowest pit. You have heard my voice, “Do not hide Your ear from my prayer for relief, from my cry for help.” You drew near when I called on You; You said, “Do not fear!” — Lamentations 3:55-57 (LSB) Our heavenly Father hears His children when they call  upon Him for help and He is faithful to deliver us from all our troubles. Psalms 34:17 (NKJV) says: The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. “For no one is abandoned by the Lord forever. Though he brings grief, he also shows compassion because of the greatness of his unfailing love.” (Lamentations 3:31-32 NLT) Psalms 97:10 (NKJV) says, He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.  And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, for You, O Yahweh, have not forsaken those who seek You. — Psalms 9:10 (LSB)

Call Upon His Name

Image
Oh give thanks to Yahweh, call upon His name; Make known His acts among the peoples. — Psalms 105:1 (LSB) And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved. (Acts 2:21 NKJV) For there is no distinction between Jew and Gentile; for the same Lord is Lord over all [of us], and [He is] abounding in riches (blessings) for all who call on Him [in faith and prayer]. “For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD [in prayer] will be saved.” (Romans 10:12-13 AMP) “His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him—though he is not far from any one of us. For in him we live and move and exist. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’ (Acts 17:27-28 NLT) For from Him [all things originate] and through Him [all things live and exist] and to Him are all things [directed]. To Him be glory and honor forever! Amen. (Romans 11:36 AMP)

The Sun of Righteousness

Image
The LORD of Heaven’s Armies says, “The day of judgment is coming, burning like a furnace. On that day the arrogant and the wicked will be burned up like straw. They will be consumed—roots, branches, and all. But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture.” — Malachi 4:1-2 (NLT) For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6 NKJV) Surely He has borne our griefs
and carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:4-5 NKJV)  ...and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and...

Praise Him!

Image
“I will exalt you, my God and King, and praise your name forever and ever. I will praise you every day; yes, I will praise you forever. Great is the LORD! He is most worthy of praise! No one can measure his greatness.” — Psalms 145:1-3 (NLT) “The LORD is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. The LORD is good to everyone. He showers compassion on all his creation. All of your works will thank you, LORD, and your faithful followers will praise you.” (Psalms 145:8-10 NLT) Yahweh is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. (Psalms 145:18 LSB) May we be faithful followers of our mighty GOD, an d His Son, King Yeshua.  He is the way, the truth, and the life. (See John 14:6)  I will praise the LORD, and may everyone on earth bless his holy name forever and ever. — Psalms 145:21 (NLT)

Make a Joyful Shout

Image
“Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth! Sing out the honor of His name; Make His praise glorious. Say to God, “How awesome are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power Your enemies shall submit themselves to You. All the earth shall worship You and sing praises to You; They shall sing praises to Your name.” Selah — Psalms 66:1-4 (NKJV) “Oh, bless our God, you peoples! And make the voice of His praise to be heard, Who keeps our soul among the living, and does not allow our feet to be moved.” (Psalms 66:8-9 NKJV) Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; Let those who love Your salvation say continually, “Yahweh be magnified!” (Psalms 40:16 LSB)

The LORD Reigns!

Image
“The LORD is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will praise him— my father’s God, and I will exalt him! The LORD is a warrior; Yahweh is his name!” “The LORD will reign forever and ever!” — Exodus 15:2-3, 15:18 (NLT) In all of our trials and tribulations, we are more than conquerors and gain an overwhelming victory through Him who loved us [so much that He died for us]. (See Romans 8:37 AMP) Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. May Yahweh give you the strength to run with endurance the race that is set before you. Finish the course, and keep the faith. (See 1 Timothy 6:12, 2 Timothy 4:7 & Hebrews 12:1) “Who is like you among the gods, O LORD— glorious in holiness, awesome in splendor, performing great wonders?” — Exodus 15:11 (NLT)

Continue to Believe

Image
“The disciples saw Jesus do many other miraculous signs in addition to the ones recorded in this book. But these are written so that you may continue to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing in him you will have life by the power of his name.” — John 20:30-31 (NLT) In John 20:29, Jesus told Thomas: “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.” No matter what events take place on this earth, may we continue to believe that Yeshua is the Messiah, and be blessed. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.” (Romans 10:11 NASB1995) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; Yeshua came that we may have life, and have it abundantly. (See John 10:10) Amen. And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. — Hebrews 11:6 (NLT)

Surely You Know

Image
Who has ascended into heaven and descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has wrapped the waters in His garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name or His son’s name? Surely you know! — Proverbs 30:4 (NASB1995) …God highly exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Yeshua every knee should bow, in heaven and on the earth and under the earth, and every tongue profess that Yeshua the Messiah is Lord— to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11 TLV) Let us praise the name of Yahweh, for His name alone is set on high; His splendor is  above earth and heaven.. (See Psalms 148:13 LSB)

Praise & Give Thanks

Image
O LORD, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will praise and give thanks to Your name; For You have done miraculous things, plans formed long, long ago, [fulfilled] with perfect faithfulness. — Isaiah 25:1 (AMP) Praise and give thanks to Yahweh, in all situations and circumstances. For He has been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat… (See Isaiah 25:4 NKJV). He is everything we need Him to be and more. Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name. (Hebrews 13:14 NASB1995) Praise shifts our attention away from our problems and onto His Presence. And in His Presence is fullness of joy. (See Psalms 16:11) Furthermore, Yahweh will keep in perfect peace, those whose mind is stayed on Him, because he trusts in Him.  (See Isaiah 6:3 NKJV)  I will praise the name of God with a song, a nd will magnify Him with thanksgiving....

What's His Son's Name?

Image
Who has ascended into heaven, or descended?
Who has gathered the wind in His fists?
Who has bound the waters in a garment?
Who has established all the ends of the earth?
What is His name, and what is His Son’s name,
if you know? — Proverbs 30:4 (NKJV) For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6 NKJV) Matthew 1:21 (TLV) says: She will give birth to a son; and you shall call His name Yeshua, for He will save His people from their sins.” Then Matthew 1:23 (NKJV) says: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”  In Revelation 19:13 (NKJV), He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. (Revelation 19:16 N...

Proclaim His Name

Image
So then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God who has mercy. For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, “For this very purpose I raised you up, to demonstrate My power in you, and that My name might be proclaimed throughout the whole earth.” — Romans 9:16-17 (NASB1995) In all situations and circumstances, may the name of the LORD God be lifted up. Instead of promoting our own names or the name of our favorite personality, let us declare the name of YAHWEH. He is El Elyon, the Most High God, above all others. I will proclaim the name of the LORD; how glorious is our God! He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is! (Deuteronomy 32:3-4 NLT) He is Elohim, the Creator of all. He chose us to be a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that we may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous ligh...

Yahweh is exalted above all the nations, His glory above the heavens. (Psalm 113:2-4 HCSB) Offer to the LORD the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and call upon His name. (See Psalm 116:13) …everyone who calls on the name of Yahweh will be saved… (See Joel 2:32 HCSB). May the LORD God, the God of Israel,  who alone does wonders, be praised.  May His glorious name be praised forever;  the w...

Boast in His Name

Image
Some boast in chariots and some in horses, but we will boast in the name of the LORD, our God. — Psalm 20:7 (NASB1995) Let us not boast about material possessions or our monetary resources. Don’t boast about what you drive nor the location or size of the house you live in. Don’t boast about the letters or titles behind your name. All these things are temporary. Let us boast only in the name of YAHWEH. For the world and all it contains are His. (See Psalm 50:12)  Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from our Heavenly Father. (See James 2:17) He is the everlasting God. Elohim, Creator of the universe and all it contains. He is the only true and living God, full of grace and mercy. The LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. (See Proverbs 2:6) All the workers of iniquity boast in themselves. (See Psalm 94:4) But let us boast in the name of Yahweh, that we know Him, and strive to walk with Him all of our days. Boast in the...

O LORD, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will praise and give thanks to Your name; for You have done miraculous things, plans formed long, long ago, [fulfilled] with perfect faithfulness. — Isaiah 25:1 (AMP) Blessed be the name of the LORD! His faithfulness is perfect and His love never fails. Bow down and worship Elohim, the all-powerful Creator of the universe and all it contains. Yet, He is mindful of us. He is adorned in holiness, glory and majesty. He is Adonai, the Master and Lord of our lives. We belong to Him. He is our Maker, the One Who formed us in our mother’s womb. He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. Praise the LORD! Praise, O servants of the LORD, Praise the name of the LORD. Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and forever. From the rising of the sun to its setting the name of the LORD is to be praised. — Psalm 113:1-3 (NASB)

O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; for His lovingkindness is everlasting. (1 Chronicles 16:34) He is a God of forgiveness, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness; (Nehemiah 9:17). (Psalm 23:6) Daily I will worship you passionately and with all my heart. My arms will wave to you like banners of praise. — Psalm 63:4 (TPT)

They are lifted up and encouraged by Your righteousness. — Psalm 89:15-16 (VOICE) Bless the LORD at all times. Let His praise continually be in your mouth. All we are and have we owe to God, Holy God of Israel, our King! (Psalm 89:15-18 MSG) Amen!

His Name will be Called...

Image
For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,  Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. — Isaiah 9:6 (NASB) Jesus is Wonderful Counselor. Before you text a friend, talk to Jesus and listen for His answer. Jesus is Mighty God. Nothing is impossible with God. (Luke 1:37) Jesus is our conquering King. He has gained the victory for us, Christ is Eternal Father. In John 10:30, Jesus said,  “I and the Father are one.” Our Lord and Savior is also the Prince of Peace, and He has given it to us. Call on His name today. “ Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.] ” — John 14:27 (AMP)

Magnify the LORD

I will bless the LORD at all times;  His praise shall continually be in my mouth.  My soul will make its boast in the LORD;  The humble will hear it and rejoice. O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt His name together. — Psalm 34:1-3 (NASB) As for God, His way is blameless. The word of the LORD is tested [it is perfect, it is faultless]; He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.
