Manna for Your Morning

For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. — Colossians 2:9-10 (NKJV) Most people spend many years trying to fill the emptiness in us with things or people of this world. This is a fruitless effort. However, when we open our hearts to Jesus, we experience fullness of joy and complete peace. In Christ, we can have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows]. (John 10:10b AMP) You don’t need a telescope, a microscope, or a horoscope to realize the fullness of Christ, and the emptiness of the universe without him. When you come to him, that fullness comes together for you, too. His power extends over everything. (Colossians 2:9-10 MSG) May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Indeed it was for my own peace that I had great bitterness; but You have lovingly delivered my soul from the pit of corruption, for You have cast all my sins behind Your back. — Isaiah 38:17 (NKJV) It is because of His great love for us that our heavenly Father delivered our souls from the pit of corruption, emptiness and ultimate destruction. When we were falling deeper and deeper into the pit of darkness and despair, it was the hand of the LORD that reached in and pulled us out. No matter how far you fall, you can always call on His name and He will hear you. Oh what an amazing love God has lavished on us!

As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?  — Psalm 42:1-2 (NIV) When you thirst for water nothing else will satisfy, not a cold glass of milk or a cup of hot tea. When our soul longs for the presence of God, nothing else will satisfy. Some try to fill the emptiness with alcohol or drugs, but nothing will satisfy and quench our thirst like the Presence of Almighty God. Our God is ALIVE! and He is ABLE to take care of everything that concerns you. What are you waiting for? Thirst no more. He is ready to meet with YOU now!
