He is There

Image
Where could I go from your Spirit? Where could I run and hide from your face? If I go up to heaven, you’re there! If I go down to the realm of the dead, you’re there too! If I fly with wings into the shining dawn, you’re there! If I fly into the radiant sunset, you’re there waiting! Wherever I go, your hand will guide me; your strength will empower me. — Psalm 139:7-10 (TPT) Psalm 139:3 (NASB) says the LORD scrutinizes our path. No matter where you are today, God knows. Even if you have strayed off the path He has for you, the LORD knows exactly where you are. And He will lead you back to His glorious, everlasting ways— the path that brings you back to Him (Psalm 139:24b TPT).

Our Light has Come!

With the loving mercy of our God, a new day from heaven will dawn upon us. It will shine on those who live in darkness, in the shadow of death. It will guide us into the path of peace.” — Luke 1:78-79 (NCV) Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness; He is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous (Psalm 112:4 NKJV). Jesus is the light of the world (John 8:12). His marvelous light shines on those who live in darkness, and offers hope, peace, and freedom. As the Prince of Peace, He guides our feet into the way of everlasting peace and abundant life. Let us arise, and shine! For our light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.

Above All Else

But make sure that you don’t get so absorbed and exhausted in taking care of all your day-by-day obligations that you lose track of the time and doze off, oblivious to God. The night is about over, dawn is about to break. Be up and awake to what God is doing! — Romans 13:14 (MSG) Don't let the worries of this life choke God’s Word of life out of you. “The seed cast in the weeds represents the ones who hear the kingdom news but are overwhelmed with worries about all the things they have to do and all the things they want to get. The stress strangles what they heard, and nothing comes of it (Mark 4:18-19 MSG). Seek the Kingdom of God  above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need (Matthew 6:33 NLT).

Be Confident in God!

My heart is confident in you, O God; my heart is confident. No wonder I can sing your praises! Wake up, my heart! Wake up, O lyre and harp! I will wake the dawn with my song.  — Psalm 57:7-8 (NLT) The righteous do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the LORD to care for them. They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly (Psalm 112:6-8, NLT). With strong and confident hearts, we can awaken the dawn with songs of praise to our great God!
