Manna for Your Morning

“For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.” — Jeremiah 29:11 (NASB1995) ABBA Father knows the plans. That is such a powerful and liberating fact. The GOD Most High knows . We do not. We don’t have to waste time and energy trying to figure it out. Nothing that happens on this earth, is a surprise to the LORD God Almighty. He had all our days written in His book before we even drew our first breath. (See Psalms 139:16) Our part is walk faithfully with Him, following Him as the Holy Spirit leads us. We must walk by faith, not by sight. (See 2 Corinthians 5:7) May we have the faith to take the steps as He reveals the way. Faith to run when He says run, faith to walk when He says walk. “ In everything we do, we show that we are true ministers of God. We patiently endure troubles and hardships and calamities of every kind. We have been beaten, been put in prison, faced angry mobs, worked to exhaustion, endured sleepless nights, and gone without food. ” — 2 Corinthians 6:4-5 (NLT) In 2 Corinthians 7:5 (NLT) the apostle Paul says: “When we arrived in Macedonia, there was no rest for us. We faced conflict from every direction, with battles on the outside and fear on the inside.” When we are faced with any kind of hardships and troubles let us patiently endure. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing. (James 1:3-4 NLT) Of course, you get no credit for being patient if you are beaten for doing wrong. But if you suffer for doing good and endure it patiently, God is pleased with you. (1 Peter 2:20 NLT) So let’s not get tired ...

Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me! For my soul trusts in You; And in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, until these calamities have passed by. I will cry out to God Most High, to God who performs all things for me. He shall send from heaven and save me; He reproaches the one who would swallow me up. Selah 
God shall send forth His mercy and His truth. — Psalms 57:1-3 (NKJV) Be still, and know that Yahweh is God (the great “I AM”); The One Who performs ALL things for us. He will be exalted among the nations, He will be exalted in the earth! The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah (See Psalms 46:10-11 & Exodus 3:13-14 NKJV) Take refuge in the shadow of His wings.

The Holy Spirit who dwells within us empowers us to walk in the victory Jesus has already obtained for us. And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose. (Romans 8:28 AMP)

For my soul trusts in You; and in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, until these calamities have passed by. — Psalm 57:1 (NKJV) When calamities come it is not the time to draw back and blame God. As the Message Bible says in Psalm 57:1, “ I’ve run to you for dear life. ” Call upon God and seek refuge in the shadow of His wing. Psalm 57:2 (AMP) says, I will cry to God Most High, Who accomplishes all things on my behalf [for He completes my purpose in His plan].  Let your soul trust in Him. Our heavenly Father will ensure His good purpose and plan for your life is fulfilled. Amen.

Be merciful and gracious to me, O God, be merciful and gracious to me, for my soul takes refuge and finds shelter and confidence in You; yes, in the shadow of Your wings will I take refuge and be confident until calamities and destructive storms are passed. I will cry to God Most High, Who performs on my behalf and rewards me [Who brings to pass His purposes for me and surely completes them]!  — Psalm 57:1-2 (AMP) Hide in the shadow of His wings and hold on through the storms. Anchor your hope in the Most High and you will remain steadfast and immovable. You can be sure that our gracious God will fulfill His purposes for you!

God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah Psalm 46:1-3 (NKJ) No matter what calamities may come, do not fear because the LORD, our God is a very present help. In times of trouble, He is our hiding place and our strength. You are not alone. Be confident that God is not only with you in every situation but He also helps you.
