Praise the LORD! (Hallelujah!) Blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who fears the LORD [with awe-inspired reverence and worships Him with obedience], who delights greatly in His commandments. — Psalms 112:1 (AMP) They themselves will be wealthy, and their good deeds will last forever (Psalms 112:3 NLT). But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also. For my eyes are toward You, O GOD, the Lord; In You I take refuge; do not leave me defenseless. — Psalms 141:8 (NASB1995) Instead of looking to the government, a person or yourself, look to Yahweh. In Isaiah 45:22 (NKJV), the LORD says: “ Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other. ” Our help comes from the LORD, our Maker. He made the earth and stretched out the heavens. Nothing is too difficult for Him. Whatever you need, “The LORD Will Provide” (See Genesis 22:14). No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. (See Psalm 84:11) “O God-Enthroned in heaven, I lift my eyes toward you in worship. The way I love you is like the way a servant wants to please his master, the way a maid waits for the orders of her mistress. “ My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever. ” — Psalms 73:26 (NLT) The LORD gives his people strength. The LORD blesses them with peace. (Psalm 29:11 NLT) When David’s men began to talk of stoning him, 1 Samuel 30:6 (NLT) says, David found strength in the LORD his God. Isaiah 40:31 (NLT) says: those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. In His strength we can crush an army; with our God we can scale any wall. (See Psalm 18:29 NLT) What joy for those whose strength comes from the LORD… (Psalm 84:5 NLT) When the LORD is our strength and our song; he gives us victory. (See Psalm 118:14 NLT) May we continually draw our strength from the LORD. He has an endless supply.  The Lord God is my strength [my source of courage, my invincible army]; He has made my feet [steady and sure] like hinds’ feet and makes me walk [forward with spiritual confidence] on my high places [of challenge and responsibility]. — Habakkuk...

Yet I still belong to you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, leading me to a glorious destiny. Whom have I in heaven but you? I desire you more than anything on earth. He gives strength to the weary, and to the one who lacks might He increases power. (Isaiah 40:29 NASB) Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face continually. O LORD, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will praise and give thanks to Your name; for You have done miraculous things, plans formed long, long ago, [fulfilled] with perfect faithfulness. — Isaiah 25:1 (AMP) Blessed be the name of the LORD! His faithfulness is perfect and His love never fails. Bow down and worship Elohim, the all-powerful Creator of the universe and all it contains. Yet, He is mindful of us. He is adorned in holiness, glory and majesty. He is Adonai, the Master and Lord of our lives. We belong to Him. He is our Maker, the One Who formed us in our mother’s womb. He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him. Praise the LORD! Praise, O servants of the LORD, Praise the name of the LORD. Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and forever. From the rising of the sun to its setting the name of the LORD is to be praised. — Psalm 113:1-3 (NASB)

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. — Ephesians 6:10-11 (NKJV) When we clothe ourselves in the whole armor of God, we have strength to stand firm, against all the schemes and strategies of the devil. It's in the power of His might that we are able to stand. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil prowls  about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8) And he comes at the opportune time. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. (Ephesians 6:13 NLT) Because of this, you must wear all the armor that God provides so you’re protected as you confront the slanderer, for you are destined for all things and will rise victorious. — Ephesians 6:13 (TPT)

…for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’ — Acts 17:28 (NKJV) Why try to accomplish anything in your own strength and with your limited knowledge? ’Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts. (Zechariah 4:6) Put on the yoke of the Lord Jesus and journey by His side. His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:29-30). So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. (Colossians 2:6-7 NIV)

No need to panic over alarms or surprises, or predictions that doomsday’s just around the corner, because God will be right there with you; he’ll keep you safe and sound. — Proverbs 3:25-26 (MSG) Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, were bound and cast into a fiery furnace that was seven times hotter than usual. (Daniel 3:19-21). But the Son of God was with them in the midst of the fire and they were loosed (Daniel 3:25). When they came out of the fire, they saw these men on whose bodies the fire had no power; the hair of their head was not singed nor were their garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them. (Daniel 3:27) Though we will have trouble in this world, we are to let the peace of God rule in our minds and hearts. Things may get a little hot for us, but God is with us and He will keep us safe and sound. And Jesus, our Savior, has set us free from any bondages of the enemy and given us the victory! Hallelujah and Amen!

All those prayers are coming together now so you will do this well, fearless in your struggle, keeping a firm grip on your faith and on yourself. After all, this is a fight we’re in. There are some, you know, who by relaxing their grip and thinking anything goes have made a thorough mess of their faith. — 1 Timothy 1:18-19 (MSG) Remember, we are engaged in a war. We are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil.Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. (Ephesians 6:12-13, NLT). Fight the good fight, finish the race, keep the faith. (2 Timothy 4:7)

Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. — 2 Corinthians 4:16 (NASB) So we’re not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace (2 Corinthians 4:16 MSG). Every day, God gives us new compassions and fresh mercies. Wherever you are today, with God, you are moving on to bigger and better things. Amen!

“...Today you are going into battle against your enemies. Do not be fainthearted or afraid; do not panic or be terrified by them. For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.” — Deuteronomy 20:3-4 (NIV) Every day we are engaged in a battle because our adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. We need to stay alert and of sober mind (1 Peter 5:8). The Message Bible says, the Devil is poised to pounce, and would like nothing better than to catch you napping. Keep your guard up. John 10:10 says, the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. But praise God, Jesus came that we may have life and have it to the full!

Many are the woes of the wicked, but the LORD’s unfailing love surrounds the one who trusts in him.  — Psalm 32:10 (NIV) As we totally trust in the LORD and acknowledge that He is our sole source, we are continually surrounded by His lovingkindness and mercy. Whether we turn to the right or to the left, we find that His love is still there, no matter which direction we go. When we live in reliance on His unfailing love, we close the door to any doubt. We never doubt His goodness, we never question the good plans He has for us, and we never doubt His ability or willingness to take care of us. With the unfailing love of the Most High, we will never be neglected, abandoned or forgotten. Give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love!

God has done all this. He has restored our relationship with him through Christ, and has given us this ministry of restoring relationships. In other words, God was using Christ to restore his relationship with humanity. He didn’t hold people’s faults against them, and he has given us this message of restored relationships to tell others. — 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 (GW) Just as God no longer counts believer’s sins against them, may we not hold people's faults against them. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a complaint against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you (Colossians 3:13). Let us pursue peace and walk in love.

Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these." Matthew 6:27-29 (NIV) Why worry and be over anxious? There is nothing valuable to be gained in worrying. If God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and green and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear? (Matthew 6:30-31, Amp). Our heavenly Father knows our every need and when we seek His kingdom and His righteousness first, He will provide everything we need (Matthew 6:33).

Many people say, “Who will show us better times?” Let your face smile on us, Lord. You have given me greater joy than those who have abundant harvests of grain and new wine. Psalm 4:6-7 (NLT) No matter what is going on in your life today, the Lord will show us better times. As we fellowship with the Lord, our hearts are filled with gladness. May He smile on you today and give you greater joy that knows no bounds.

I was glad when they said to me,  "Let us go into the house of the LORD." Our feet have been standing Within your gates, O Jerusalem! Psalm 122:1-2 (NKJ) The Israelites made a pilgrimage to the house of the LORD at certain times of the year to worship Him and to celebrate. Hebrews 3:6 says we are God's house. His Holy Spirit dwells within us and we can worship our awesome God twenty-four hours a day. His throne room is always open.
