Get a Grip

Image
Don’t lose your grip on Love and Loyalty. Tie them around your neck; carve their initials on your heart. — Proverbs 3:3 (MSG) Get a grip on love and loyalty and never let go. Jesus said, “ You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself .” (Luke 10:27 NKJV) This the greatest commandment we have to fulfill. Therefore, let all that you do be done with love. (1 Corinthians 16:14 NKJV) Always walk in love toward God and people. And show yourself loyal, or faithful, to our heavenly Father. He who earnestly seeks righteousness and loyalty finds life, righteousness, and honor. (Proverbs 21:21 AMP) Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind. Their loyalty is divided between God and the world, and they are unstable in everything they do. (James 1:6,8 NLT)

No Need to Fear!

Don’t panic. I’m with you. There’s no need to fear for I’m your God. I’ll give you strength. I’ll help you. I’ll hold you steady, keep a firm grip on you. — Isaiah 41:10 (MSG) The size of your mountain does not matter when compared to the size of your great and mighty God! Have no fear or anxiety because the Presence and power of God is with you. He has your back (your front and sides too)!

Don't Suffer Shipwreck!

Image
Cling to your faith in Christ, and keep your conscience clear. For some people have deliberately violated their consciences; as a result, their faith has been shipwrecked. — 1 Timothy 1:19 (NLT) Keep a firm grip on your faith. Don’t follow the world in thinking that anything goes. Instead, be led by the Holy Spirit within and you will maintain a clear conscience. I beseech you, my beloved brethren, don’t suffer shipwreck in regards to your faith. Fight the good fight, finish the race, keep the faith!

He is Near!

“For I am with you to save you and deliver you,” says the LORD. “I will deliver you from the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem you from the grip of the terrible.”  — Jeremiah 15:20B-21 (NKJV) The LORD is with you as a mighty, awesome One (Jeremiah 20:11). God is near, not far off. He will save you and deliver you from all your troubles (Psalm 34:17). He will  protect and guide you. He is our hope in the day of doom (Jeremiah 17:17). Amen.
