“Oh, please help us against our enemies, for all human help is useless. With God’s help we will do mighty things, for he will trample down our foes.” — Psalms 108:12-13 (NLT) Put your hope in Yahweh, for our help comes from Him. God is our refuge and strength [mighty and impenetrable], a very present and well-proved help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains be shaken and slip into the heart of the seas, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its roaring. Selah. (Psalms 46:1-3 AMP) How blessed and graciously favored is he whose help is the God of Jacob (Israel), whose hope is in the LORD his God, Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, Who keeps truth and is faithful forever, (Psalms 146:5-6 AMP)

I am counting on the LORD; yes, I am counting on him. I have put my hope in his word. — Psalm 130:5 (NLT) “ For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. ” (Isaiah 55:8-9 NKJV) In Isaiah 55:11 (AMP), the LORD goes on to say, “So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me void (useless, without result), without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.” He may not do it the way we think it needs to be done. He may not do it when we think it should be done. But rest assured you can count on Him and put your hope in His Word. His word will be fulfilled in your life at the appointed time and it will be great and glorious.

Through God we will do valiantly, for it is He who shall tread down our enemies. — Psalm 108:12-13 (NKJV) When trouble strikes, whom do you seek first, mom or dad, a friend, your pastor? Let God be the first One you run to for help. Human help is limited, but God knows the whole story and He holds the power for your deliverance. God tells us to cast all our cares upon Him. With God we gain the victory, for it is He, who will trample down our adversaries. The battle has already been won by the blood of Jesus. We are just walking it out. Amen!
