The weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood]. Our weapons are divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, — 2 Corinthians 10:4 (NKJV) It is a spiritual war we are fighting, not a war with flesh and blood. God has given us powerful weapons for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4, AMP). With these weapons, we are able to cast down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5, NKJV).
