Turn to GOD

Image
“Prove by the way you live that you have repented of your sins and turned to God...” — Luke 3:8a (NLT) May we not just honor Yahweh with our words, but with our actions as well. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person... (See Romans 12:2) Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in. (Galatians 6:9 AMP) I said, ‘Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the LORD, that he may come and shower righteousness upon you.’ (Hosea 10:12 NLT) Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.  (Galatians 6:7 NKJV)

Find New Strength

“Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” — Isaiah 40:30-31 (NLT) Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives strength to the weary, and to the one who lacks might He increases power. (Isaiah 40:28-29 NASB1995) Yahweh is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exults, and with my song I shall thank Him. (Psalms 28:7 LSB) Yahweh will give strength to His people; Yahweh will bless His people with peace. (Psalms 29:11 LSB) Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the LORD. (Psalms 31:24 NKJV)

Don't Grow Weary

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. — Galatians 6:9 (NKJV) Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. (Galatians 6:7-8 NLT) May we continually plant the seeds of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control and that is the fruit we shall bear. And as for [the rest of] you, believers, do not grow tired or lose heart in doing good [but continue doing what is right without weakening]. — 2 Thessalonians 3:13 (AMP)

Consider Him

Image
Just consider and meditate on Him who endured from sinners such bitter hostility against Himself [consider it all in comparison with your trials], so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. — Hebrews 11:3 (AMP) Consider: think carefully about our Savior. Look attentively unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. For the joy that was set before Him, He endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (See Hebrews 11:2 NKJV) When we consider all He did for us, our trials pale in comparison. Surely our griefs He Himself bore, and our sorrows He carried; Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, and by His scourging we are healed. (Isaiah 53:4-5 NASB1995) Like those in the church of Ephesus, persevere, have patience, and labor for His name’s sake and do not become wea...

Don't Grow Weary

Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in. — Galatians 6:9 (AMP) God says, “At the time I have planned, I will bring justice against the wicked. When the earth quakes and its people live in turmoil, I am the one who keeps its foundations firm.” (Psalm 75:2-3 NLT) Only fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and their actions are evil; not one of them does good! (Psalm 53:1 NLT) Yahweh has a set time for judgement and justice to be executed. The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent. (2 Peter 3:9) God looks down from heaven on the entire human race; he looks to see if anyone is truly wise, if anyone seeks God. (Psalm 53:2) For God says, “I will break the strength of the wicked, but I will increase the power of the godly.” (Psalm 75:10) Keep fighting ...

Keep Pressing Forward

Image
So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. — Galatians 6:9 (NLT) We have an upward call of God on our lives. And no human wisdom or understanding or plan can stand against the LORD. (Proverbs 21:30 NLT) Keep pressing forward. In Hebrews 10:38 God says “… if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him. ” Do not grow weary in well doing. Wait on the LORD and He will renew your strength. Yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary. — Isaiah 40:31 (NASB)

Proper Perspective

Image
Just consider and meditate on Him who endured from sinners such bitter hostility against Himself [consider it all in comparison with your trials], so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. — Hebrews 12:3 (AMP) The best way not to lose heart in times of trouble, is to keep an eternal perspective. For the joy that was set before Him, Jesus endured the cross. So we’re not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace. These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us. There’s far more here than meets the eye. The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can’t see now will last forever. (2 Corinthians 4:16-18 MSG)

Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in. — Galatians 6:9 (AMP) He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:29-31 NLT) We find new strength as we keep trusting in our mighty God.
