Consider it all joy, my brothers and sisters, when you encounter various trials, — James 1:2 (NASB) James says to consider it ALL joy, not just the easy stuff, or the times when things are convenient and free-flowing. We can consider it ALL joy when we encounter various trials because it is a chance for Yahweh to show Himself strong on our behalf. Second Chronicles 16:9 (NASB) says: For the eyes of the LORD roam throughout the earth, so that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His. Trials also help us grow stronger in our faith, and learn to be confident that the God Most High is WITH us and He is FOR us. If God is for us, who can be [successful] against us? (See Romans 8:31 AMP) Whatever we need, Yahweh is our Source and His supply is limitless. He is Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Continually look to Him and rely on Him. Our help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. Amen! knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have...

You have given me greater joy than those who have abundant harvests of grain and new wine. — Psalms 4:7 (NLT) Any joy that is based upon material possessions or external circumstances will be temporary, and will constantly fluctuate. But when our joy is seated in Elohim, our Creator, we will experience a deep and continual joy at all times, a joy that will not be disturbed. James 1:2 (NASB1995) says: Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials… Second Corinthians 4:17 reminds us that our affliction is light and momentary. When suffering affliction on every side, and going through conflicts and fears, the Apostle Paul continued to experience great joy. In 2 Corinthians 7:4 (NASB1995), he said: “I am overflowing with joy in all our affliction.” Hebrews 12:2 says, Yeshua endured the cross for the joy that was set before Him. Therefore, I will rejoice greatly in Yahweh; my soul will rejoice in my God, for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped...

Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials. Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace]. And let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, so that you may be perfect and completely developed [in your faith], lacking in nothing. — James 1:2-4 (AMP) When you encounter trials or temptations, patiently endure and see it as an opportunity to trust Yahweh. Blessed [happy, spiritually prosperous, favored by God] is the man who is steadfast under trial and perseveres when tempted; for when he has passed the test and been approved, he will receive the [victor’s] crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. (James 1:12 AMP) And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28 NASB1995)

This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it. — Psalm 118:24 (NASB1995) Even though we may be distressed by various trials, we can still rejoice. The Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trials. (See 2 Peter 2:7-9NLT) For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. (2 Corinthians 4:17 NIV) So don’t focus your attention on what is seen but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. (See 2 Corinthians 4:18) …and though you have not seen Jesus, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls. (See 1 Peter 1:8-9 NASB1995)

Don’t let him take what your Heavenly Father has given to you. As believers, we dwell in the Kingdom of God, and His Kingdom is about righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. (See Romans 14:17) So, fight the good fight of faith, and endure to the end. Remember: Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. (See 1 John 4:4) And Yeshua has already gained the victory for us.

Rejoice always and delight in your faith; — 1 Thessalonians 5:16 (AMP) “Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the LORD is your strength!” (Nehemiah 8:10b NLT) James 1:2 (NASB) says: Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials. Why be joyful? It is your strength to fight the good fight of faith and fulfill the purposes and plans God has for you. Joy gives you strength to resist the devil and live a victorious life. We can be joyful because we have the love and Presence of our everlasting Father. We can rejoice because we know He will make a way. We can be joyful because with our great God, all things are possible. Nothing can stand against our awesome God. Amen. Let joy be your continual feast. — 1 Thessalonians 5:16 (TPT)

“… And do not be worried, for the joy of the LORD is your strength and your stronghold. ” — Nehemiah 8:10b (AMP) Time spent worrying is wasted time, and it weakens your faith. However, we remain strong when we hold onto the joy of the LORD. Jesus said, “ The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. ” (John 10:10 NASB) The enemy is always looking for an opportunity to steal your joy. If he steals your joy, he can kill your hope and destroy lives. Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, (James 1:2 NASB)

But take heart (be of good cheer), because I have overcome the world. ” (John 16:33) Instead of focusing on the problem, take comfort in His Presence and stand on His promises. Romans 8:28 (NASB) says, God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way. — James 1:2-4 (MSG)

Every day of your life was recorded in His book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. (Psalm 139:16).
