Manna for Your Morning

The king loved Esther more than all the other women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so he set the royal crown upon her head and made her queen instead of Vashti. — Esther 2:17 (NKJV) God placed Esther in position of royalty to save His people. In Esther 4:16, she said: “And so I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!” She was willing to risk her life to plead with the king for her people. When we follow the leading of His Holy Spirit, He will ensure that we are in the proper position at the appointed time to fulfill His purpose and plan. We will be empowered and equipped with everything we need to accomplish the mission. Yahweh is faithful to provide everything we need and He always delivers His people from their enemies. “Who knows if perhaps you are in your current position and place for such a time as this?” (See Esther 4:14)

In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might. — Ephesians 6:10 (AMP) Our strength comes from our union with Yeshua. Apart from Him we can do nothing. (See John 15:5) Christ lives in us. Let us abide in Him. He empowers us to be all that our heavenly Father created us to be. Galatians 2:20 (NKJV) says: I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Yeshua brings healing and wholeness into our lives. Psalms 107:19-20 (NKJV) says: Then  they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever . — Psalm 16:11 (NLT) Yet I still belong to you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, leading me to a glorious destiny. Whom have I in heaven but you? I desire you more than anything on earth. (Psalm 73:23-25 NLT) YAHWEH is faithful. He will show us the way of life, a more abundant life, a life of liberty, joy and peace. For that is what God is like. He is our God forever and ever, and he will guide us until we die. (Psalm 48:14 NLT) The LORD will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring . — Isaiah 58:11 (NLT)

“Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your earnings for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, and let your soul delight in abundance.” — Isaiah 55:2 (AMP) Why spend your time on things of no spiritual benefit? Why use all of your energy and resources on temporal things that have no eternal value? “Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and you who have no money come, buy grain and eat. Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost [simply accept it as a gift from God].” (Isaiah 55:1 AMP) “Come to me with your ears wide open. Listen, and you will find life. I will make an everlasting covenant with you. I will give you all the unfailing love I promised to David.”  (Isaiah 55:3 NLT) Seek the LORD while He may be found; Call upon Him while He is near. — Isaiah 55:6 (NASB)

I have set the LORD continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. — Psalm 16:8 (NASB) 
No matter what comes our way, may we stay aligned with our heavenly Father. He only is my rock and my salvation; My fortress and my defense, I will not be shaken or discouraged. (Psalm 62:6 AMP) The LORD is bigger and more powerful than the events of this world. May we not allow the enemy to derail us, distract us or take detours away from the good plans the LORD has for us. Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. (Psalm 55:22 NASB) “For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, but My lovingkindness will not be removed from you, and My covenant of peace will not be shaken,” says the LORD who has compassion on you. — Isaiah 54:10 (NASB)

“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. ” — Isaiah 60:1 (NASB) The people who walk in [spiritual] darkness will see a great Light; Those who live in the dark land, the Light will shine on them. (Isaiah 9:2 AMP) So don’t hide your light! Let it shine brightly before others, so that the commendable things you do will shine as light upon them, and then they will give their praise to your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16 TPT) When we are led by the Holy Spirit in us and not by our flesh or the world, His light is shining brightly. As we do everything in love, forgive, make peace with others, the light of life in us, shines through. When Believers dwell together in unity our light shines even brighter. “ Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned, and Yahweh’s glory now streams from you! ” — Isaiah 60:1 (TPT)

Behold, for so shall the man be blessed and divinely favored who fears the LORD [and worships Him with obedience]. — Psalm 128:4 (AMP) When we choose to walk in God's will and live God’s way, in alignment to His Word, the windows of heaven are open and we are abundantly blessed. Our heavenly Father, gave us the freedom to choose. Proverbs 10:6 (NLT) says, the godly are showered with blessings…  Proverbs 10:6 (MSG) says it this way: blessings accrue on a good and honest life… In Matthew 5:6 (AMP), Jesus says, “Blessed [joyful, nourished by God’s goodness] are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness [those who actively seek right standing with God], for they will be [completely] satisfied.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, (Romans 10:12 NIV) Always put the true and living God first in your life and you will be blessed, not only in this life but also in the eternal life. Blessed are tho...

They said to me, “The remnant there in the province who survived the captivity are in great distress and reproach; the wall of Jerusalem is broken down and its [fortified] gates have been burned (destroyed) by fire.” — Nehemiah 1:3 (AMP) There are times when we feel like we have nothing left; emotionally and physically, we are wiped out. Many have lost all material goods, as a result of a natural disaster (fire, flood, etc.) But we are all survivors. We have survived the attacks of the enemy and we still have the breath of life. When the walls of our lives are broken down, let us look to the Master builder. He is a God of restoration. God will provide your every need and give you strength to get through the restoration process. You may feel helpless, but never lose hope. Rise up out of the rubble and begin to build. Trust that with God's help, what you build, will be bigger, better and stronger. whether it's a relationship, a home, or a business.

Understand this, my beloved brothers and sisters. Let everyone be quick to hear [be a careful, thoughtful listener], slow to speak [a speaker of carefully chosen words and], slow to anger [patient, reflective, forgiving]; — James 1:19 (AMP) Be quick to hear. Take the time to listen and get understanding. And when you do speak, do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen (Ephesians 4:29 NIV). The tongue of the wise promotes health. (Proverbs 12:18b NKJV). May we choose our words carefully. Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose. (Proverbs 18:21 MSG)

After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. — 1 Kings 19:11-12 (NIV) The winds of adversity may blow, your world may get shaken, and you may lose some stuff in the fire, but the LORD is with you and He will see you through. Even in the wind, the earthquake and the fire, God is speaking. If you cannot hear the voice of God, get tuned in to His station. As we offer ourselves to Him, with thankful hearts, and mouths full of praises and prayers, our ears are able to hear His still small voice. He will comfort you with His love and lead you along on the path of life.

The LORD is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will praise him— my father’s God, and I will exalt him! — Exodus 15:2 (NLT) After four hundred years of captivity (Genesis 15:13), God delivered the Israelites from their enemies and they sung this song to the LORD. No matter how long our troubles may last, let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful (Hebrews 10:23 NKJV). My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life (Psalm 119:50 NIV). God is our strength and song and He has given us the victory! Hallelujah!

For when we came into Macedonia, we had no rest, but we were harassed at every turn—conflicts on the outside, fears within. — 2 Corinthians 7:5 (NIV) No matter what harassment comes, instead of getting distracted by the enemy, let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is the Source of our faith, also its Finisher, bringing it to maturity and perfection (AMP). And His perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).

David was greatly distressed, for the men spoke of stoning him because the souls of them all were bitterly grieved, each man for his sons and daughters. But David encouraged and strengthened himself in the Lord his God. — 1 Samuel 30:6 (AMP) When David and his men returned home from battle, their city was burned with fire, and their wives and children had been taken captive. David and his men wept, until they could weep no more (1 Samuel 30:4). When we are greatly distressed or bitterly grieved over our losses, we need to encourage and strengthen ourselves in the Lord our God. He renews our strength and encourages our hearts.

Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; 1 Peter 4:12 (NKJ) Do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you. In this world you will have trouble. Endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 2:3).  Think about Jesus, who endured opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and become discouraged in your souls (Hebrews 12:3). Don't give up. Instead, be strong and take courage because Jesus has overcome the world!

I run for dear life to God, I'll never live to regret it. Do what you do so well: get me out of this mess and up on my feet. Put your ear to the ground and listen, give me space for salvation. Be a guest room where I can retreat; you said your door was always open! You're my salvation—my vast, granite fortress. Psalm 71:1-3 (The Message) We will have no regrets about giving our all to run in God's direction. There will be no disappointment when we retreat into His glorious Presence, only pleasure forevermore. Since His door is always open, let's approach God's throne and receive His mercy and grace, to help us in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

"Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and uphold me by Your generous Spirit." Psalm 51:10-12 (NKJ) "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew the right spirit in me." That is the cry of my heart this morning." When we have the right spirit, we are loving, above all else. We are kind, gentle and forgiving. Too often, we are tarnished by the world and our spirits become critical, judgmental and bitter. We need to return to the cross everyday, lay our burdens down and let God cleanse us from our sins. Sow for yourselves righteousness, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; it is time to seek the LORD, until he comes and showers righteousness on you. Hosea 10:12 (NIV) Ecclesiastes 3 says there is a time for everything. Now is the perfect time to seek the LORD. We can approach the throne of grace 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can enter the Most Holy Place and present ourselves at the foot of His altar and fellowship with the LORD God Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. What liberty we have in Christ.
