He Will Bring You Through

Image
And I will bring the third part through the fire and refine them as silver is refined and test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, and I will answer them; I will say, ‘They are My people,’ and they will say, ‘Yahweh is my God.’” — Zechariah 13:9 (LSB) Whatever fiery ordeals you may be going through, know that Yahweh is faithful to bring you through all of them. May He grant you your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans. We will sing joyously over your victory, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners. May the LORD fulfill all your petitions. (Psalms 20:4-5 AMP)  And Yahweh will be king over all the earth; in that day Yahweh will be the only one, and His name one. (Zechariah 14:9 LSB) My mouth will speak the praise of Yahweh, and all flesh will bless His holy name forever and ever. (Psalms 145:21 LSB)

Be Rooted

Image
“ I am sent to announce a new season of Yahweh’s grace and a time of God’s recompense on his enemies, to comfort all who are in sorrow, to strengthen those crushed by despair who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful bouquet in the place of ashes, the oil of bliss instead of tears, and the mantle of joyous praise instead of the spirit of heaviness. Because of this, they will be known as Mighty Oaks of Righteousness, planted by Yahweh as a living display of his glory. ” — Isaiah 61:2-3 (TPT) Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. (Ephesians 1:4 NLT) Therefore as you received Messiah Yeshua as Lord, so continue to walk in Him— rooted and built up in Him and established in your faith just as you were taught, overflowing with thankfulness. (Colossians 2:6-7 TLV) Those who are planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. — Psalm 92:13 (NKJV)

Our Place of Safety

Image
“Because of the covenant I made with you, sealed with blood, I will free your prisoners from death in a waterless dungeon. Come back to the place of safety, all you prisoners who still have hope! I promise this very day that I will repay two blessings for each of your troubles.” — Zechariah‬ ‭9‬:‭11‬-‭12‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) Come to Yahweh. He is our place of safety. He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand]. (Psalms‬ ‭91‬:‭1‬ ‭AMP‬‬)  In the midst of hardships and difficulties, still have hope. He is the God Who will give you double for your trouble. The LORD gives freedom to the prisoners. The LORD opens the eyes of the blind; The LORD raises those who are bowed down; The LORD loves the righteous. (See Psalm 146:7-8 NKJV) Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God. (See Psalm 146:5 NKJV)

Be One of the Few

Image
“ Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it. ” — Matthew 7:13-14 (NASB1995) There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death. (Proverbs 14:12 NASB1995) Yet your fellow citizens say, ‘The way of the Lord is not right,’ when it is their own way that is not right.” (Ezekiel 33:17 NASB1995) …forsaking the right way, they have gone astray, having followed the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; (2 Peter 2:15 NASB1995) But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, That shines brighter and brighter until the full day. (Proverbs 4:18 NASB1995) Let your eyes look directly ahead and let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you. Watch the path of your feet and all your ways will be established. (Proverbs 4:25-26 NASB1995) Your ears ...

Faithful & Just

Image
If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. — 1 John 1:9 (NLT) Sin separates us from our heavenly Father, but when we confess our sins, we are restored and have unbroken fellowship with Him. So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed One. (Romans 8:1 TPT) As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our wrongdoings from us. (Psalm 103:12 NASB) “ And may you be completely faithful to the LORD our God. May you always obey his decrees and commands... ” — 1 Kings 8:61 (NLT)

No Fear

Image
Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love. — 1 John 4:18 (NLT) As we abide in the perfect love of God, there is no need to fear. If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:8-9 NASB) Let us walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light and we will have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. (See 1 John 1:7 NASB) What a glorious God! He gives us salvation over and over, then daily he carries our burdens! Pause in his presence Our God is a mighty God who saves us over and over! For the Lord, Yahweh, rescues us from the ways of death many times. — Psalm 68:19-20 (TPT)

He Knows

Image
Lord, you know everything there is to know about me. You perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind. You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I’m about to speak before I even start a sentence! You know every step I will take before my journey even begins. You’ve gone into my future to prepare the way, and in kindness you follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past. With your hand of love upon my life, you impart a blessing to me. This is just too wonderful, deep, and incomprehensible! Your understanding of me brings me wonder and strength. — Psalm 139:1-6 (TPT) We are never forgotten, abandoned, nor hidden from the LORD. He knows all about our hurts, struggles, and failures. His hand of love is still on you. He knows the plans He has for you are good, more glorious and will last throughout eternity. He has already gone before you and made a ...

Avoid Shipwreck

Image
...here are my instructions for you, based on the prophetic words spoken about you earlier. May they help you fight well in the Lord’s battles. Cling to your faith in Christ, and keep your conscience clear. For some people have deliberately violated their consciences; as a result, their faith has been shipwrecked. — 1 Timothy 1:18-19 (NLT) Avoid shipwreck by constantly clinging to your faith in Christ. We fight the good fight well, by keeping a firm grip on our faith in Jesus. …l eaning completely on God with absolute trust and confidence in His guidance (excerpt from 1 Timothy 1:19 AMP) Have faith and trust God. Proverbs 21:31 in the Message Bible says: Do your best, prepare for the worst—then trust God to bring victory.

Trust in the LORD

Image
The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in and puts his confidence in the LORD will be exalted and safe. — Proverbs 29:25 (AMP) When you put your trust in people, you will surely be disappointed. However, when you totally trust in the LORD, He will not let you down. Come to Him with a humble and grateful heart, in complete confidence and full of expectation that He is all you need. There is no need you have that is too big for Him to handle. Jesus came that we may have life, and have it to the full. (John 10:10b) In His Presence there is no lack. He will fulfill your thirst and satisfy your hunger. Trust Him with all of your heart. They cried out to You and were delivered; They trusted in You and were not disappointed or ashamed. (Psalm 22:5 AMP)

Never Forgotten

Image
“Never! Can a mother forget her nursing child? Can she feel no love for the child she has borne? But even if that were possible, I would not forget you! See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands. — Isaiah 49:15-16a (NLT) Whenever we go through difficult situations, the lie of the enemy is that we are all alone. Don’t believe his lies for one minute. Our heavenly Father never forgets about you. You are always on His mind. Psalm 40:5 (NKJV) says, Many, O LORD my God, are Your wonderful works which You have done; And Your thoughts toward us cannot be recounted to You in order; If I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered. He knows when you sit down and when you rise up [your entire life, everything you do]; He understands your thought from afar. (Psalm 139:2a AMP). He goes before you and follows you. He places his hand of blessing on your head. (Psalm 139:5 NLT)

Don’t be Moved

Image
But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. — Acts 20:24 (NKJV) The Holy Spirit revealed to the Apostle Paul that chains and tribulations awaited him, in every city (Acts 20:23. However, he was not moved. May we make it our aim to finish our race with joy. Don’t be moved by the light and momentary hardships we experience in this world. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal (2 Corinthians 4:17-18 NIV).

Nothing Too Difficult!

Image
Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You. — Jeremiah 32:17  (NKJV) In 2 Kings 20:5 (NKJV), King Hezekiah was sick and near death and the prophet Isaiah said to him, “Thus says the LORD, the God of David your father: ‘I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will heal you…’ ” God extended his life for fifteen years and defended his city from their enemies. What are you believing God for today? He has heard your prayer and He has seen your tears. Lay your requests before Him and wait expectantly (Psalm 5:3 NIV). Nothing is too difficult for our great God!

You Ought to Know...

We think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters, about the trouble we went through in the province of Asia. We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. — 2 Corinthians 1:8 (NLT) My beloved brothers and sisters, I think you ought to know, even as believers, we are going to go through some things. You will be burdened beyond measure, and may even give up hope of living. Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you (1 Peter 4:12). During those times, let us remember what the Apostle Paul said in 2 Corinthians 1:9. He said, it was the best thing that could have happened because they were forced to trust God totally (The Message). The extreme difficulties we experience cause us to stop relying on ourselves and teach us to rely ONLY on God, who raises the dead (NLT). Hallelujah and amen!

As High as the Heavens...

The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him;  — Psalm 103:8-11 (NIV) As high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is the LORD's unfailing love for those who reverence and fear Him. And I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Revel in His love!

Call to Worship!

Blessed are the people who know how to praise you. They walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. They find joy in your name all day long. They are joyful in your righteousness because you are the glory of their strength. By your favor you give us victory. Psalm 89:15-17 (GW) Let everything that has breath praise the LORD! Let the sound of His praise be heard throughout the earth. It is good to give thanks to the Most High, and to sing praises to His name (Psalm 92:1). The LORD inhabits the praises of His people. May we walk in the light of His Presence and celebrate His abundant goodness and righteousness.

Our Source of Strength

Whom have I in heaven but you? I desire you more than anything on earth. My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever. Psalm 73:25-26 (NLT) The LORD stands by your side and gives you strength. When you are feeling weak or are fighting sickness, draw your strength from our mighty God. His supply will never run dry.

Friend of God

So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God. Romans 5:11 (NLT) You are no stranger to God. His eyes saw your unformed body. He has been with you since the day He knit you together in your mother's womb. He is the friend who sticks closer than a brother (Proverbs 18:24). Draw near to God and He will draw even closer to you. Love, Jackie

Depend on His Strength

But you have planted wickedness, you have reaped evil, you have eaten the fruit of deception. Because you have depended on your own strength and on your many warriors, the roar of battle will rise against your people... Hosea 10:13-14 (NIV) Let us learn a lesson from the Israelites. When we depend on our own strength or the strength of man, we are deceived and nothing good comes of it. Rely on the LORD. He is our strength. The battle is not ours, but God's and He has given us the victory. Hallelujah! Love, Jackie
