Manna for Your Morning

But God shows his anger from heaven against all sinful, wicked people who suppress the truth by their wickedness. They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God. — Romans 1:18-20 (NLT) Romans 1:21 says: Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. As a result, their minds became dark and confused. They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen. (Romans 1:25) Let us worship Yahweh, the living God, in spirit and truth. (See Romans 8:14) You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He wh...

Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” — John 8:31-32 (NLT) In John 14:6 (NASB), Jesus said , “ I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. ” Jesus is the truth. The only way to know the truth is to know Jesus, to have a personal, intimate relationship with the Lord of lords and the King of kings. Open your heart today and receive Him as your Savior and the Lord of your life. It’s only in knowing Jesus and all He did for us that we can truly live an abundant life of freedom, peace and joy. Amen!
