But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you is divine love in all its varied expressions: joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures, kindness in action, a life full of virtue, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit. Never set the law above these qualities, for they are meant to be limitless. — Galatians 5:22-23 (TPT) As the Holy Spirit makes these deposits into us, let us pay it forward and shower those around us with His love (unselfish concern for others), joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and gentleness. May we walk in faithfulness, always seeing the best in others. And exercise self-control, being quick to forgive. Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives. Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men, — Colossians 3:23 (AMP) In all that we do, let us not do the bare minimum just to get by. Work from the heart in whatever God has called you to do, giving it your very best. Remember, you are not doing it alone. The Holy Spirit dwells in you and enables you to fulfill the plans of purpose of our heavenly Father. Whatever we do, let's do it willingly and joyfully with the LORD, the source of our help, this brings glory to God's kingdom.
