This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. — Psalm 118:24 (NLT) Philippians 2:14 (NASB1995) tells us to do all things without grumbling or disputing. Instead of whining or complaining, trust in the greatness and goodness of our mighty God. You can be certain that Yahweh has already made a way for any challenge you face today. No matter how dark the day, light arises in the darkness for the upright (See Psalms 112:4) “For You are my lamp, O LORD; And the LORD illumines my darkness. For by You I can run upon a troop; By my God I can leap over a wall. (2 Samuel 22:29-30 NASB1995) “The right hand of the LORD is exalted; The right hand of the LORD does valiantly. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.” (Psalms 118:16-17 NKJV) All God accomplishes is flawless, faithful, and fair, and his every word proves trustworthy and true. (Matthew 5:16  NASB1995) For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true. (Ephesians 5:8-9 NLT) May your light continually shine and illuminate the darkness around you, wherever you go. Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are his dear children. Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. (Ephesians 5:1-2a NLT)

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the whole earth. He never becomes faint or weary; there is no limit to his understanding. — Isaiah 40:28 (CSB) Have you ever been misunderstood? Well, no matter what you have done, or what you are going through, the LORD understands. Psalm 139:2 (CSB) says, He even understands our thoughts from far away. He is intimately acquainted with all of our ways. Even before we speak a word, He knows it all. (See Psalm 139:3-4) Still, our awesome God is full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth. (See Psalm 86:15 NKJV) He will give you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. (See Isaiah 61:3) He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. (Isaiah 40:29 NIV) Great is our [majestic and mighty] Lord and abundant in strength; His understanding is inexhaustible [infinite, boundless]. — Psalm 147:5 (AMP...

“ When you pass through the deep, stormy sea, you can count on me to be there with you. When you pass through raging rivers, You will not drown. When you walk through persecution like fiery flames, you will not be burned; the flames will not harm you, for I am your Savior, Yahweh, your mighty God, the Holy One of Israel! ” — Isaiah 43:2-3a (TPT) You can count on the LORD to be with you, in ALL situations. If God has determined to stand with us, tell me, who then could ever stand against us? (See Romans 8:31)

“ Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock. ” — Matthew 7:24-25 (NASB) May we build our lives on the solid rock. For who is God except the Lord? Who but our God is a solid rock? (Psalm 18:31 NLT) God, the one and only— I’ll wait as long as he says. Everything I need comes from him, so why not? He’s solid rock under my feet, breathing room for my soul, an impregnable castle: I’m set for life. (Psalm 62:1-2 MSG) Therefore thus says the Lord God, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a tested stone, A costly cornerstone for the foundation, firmly placed. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. — Psalm 139:16 (NLT) Every moment of our lives matter because God took the time to record each day and lay our lives out moment by moment. He intentionally made all the delicate, inner parts of our bodies and knit us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). He did this with purpose and His plan for our lives is good. Though our journey will take us through all kinds of seasons, we have a glorious destiny awaiting us. May we seek His will, as we plan our days and our lives. The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart from generation to generation.  (Psalm 33:11 NASB) Let us submit to the authority of God’s Word and be led by His Holy Spirit, in word and action, because every moment of life He gives us matter.

And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” — Mark 4:37-38 (NKJV) Jesus was able to sleep in the midst of the storm because He trusted the Father. Jesus is fully aware of all that concerns you. Know for a fact, that Jesus cares about you so much, He gave His life to save you. And God has not forgotten about you or your situation. You are continually on His mind and He constantly lavishes His love on you. He is so intimately involved with you, on a moment by moment basis, that the very hairs of your head are all numbered. (Luke 12:7a) When the winds of adversity arise in your life, know that God is working for your good. As the stormy waves hit, remember that nothing is too difficult for our wonder-working God.

“Step out of the traffic! Take a long, loving look at me, your High God, above politics, above everything.” — Psalm 46:10 (MSG) In the Amplified Bible, Psalm 46:10a says,  “Be still and know (recognize, understand) that I am God.” I hear the Psalmist saying, take a time out. Turn a deaf ear to all the voices in the world clamoring for your attention and tune in to the voice of the Most High God. Hit the stop button on the chatter in your mind that causes doubt and fear. Recognize that He is a great and mighty God, full of grace, mercy and compassion. Acknowledge His Presence in your life. When you go through the floods and the fire, He is there. Understand that even when the world shuns you, our heavenly Father loves and cherishes you. He continually draws us closer to Him. When you give attention to our great God, everything else comes into proper perspective. He is exalted above all else. He is bigger, stronger and wiser than anything or anyone that comes against us. “ I w...

But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. — Acts 20:24 (NKJV) Don’t be moved by the events that take place here on earth. They are here for a moment in time. God has given us a firm place to stand —on His Word, with all of His precious promises. His Word is truth and it lasts forever. Aim to finish your race and do it with joy. As we complete our course, He is with us and in His presence is fullness of joy. We can also rejoice in the fact that Jesus has already given us the victory. Amen!

Great peace have they who love Your law; nothing shall offend them or make them stumble. — Psalm  119:165 (AMP) “When you love God more than anything else, you will have great peace and nothing will cause you to stumble” (Pastor Matthew Pollock @The Way School of Ministry). Living free from offense, keeps us in good health. When we give place and priority to God's Word, we live in a higher place, above offense. A person’s wisdom yields patience; it is to one’s glory to overlook an offense (Proverbs 19:11 NIV). This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and men (Acts 24:16 NKJV).

Cause me to hear Your loving-kindness in the morning, for on You do I lean and in You do I trust. Cause me to know the way wherein I should walk, for I lift up my inner self to You. — Psalm 143:8 (AMP) Our God is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness. His lovingkindness is good, better than life itself (Psalm 69:16, 63:3). Look for it and count on it. His everlasting love never runs out on us. It wakes us up each morning. It keeps us throughout the day, and watches over us as we sleep at night. We can totally lean on our mighty God, putting all of our weight and burdens completely on Him because He cares for us. May we entrust our lives and all that is within us, to our heavenly Father, and allow Him to show us the way we should go.

Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. — Matthew 13:22 (NKJV) Weeds of worry and illusions about getting more and wanting everything under the sun strangle what was heard, and nothing comes of it (Matthew 13:22b, The Message). Don't let the worries of this world choke the Word out of you. First Peter 5:7 tells us to cast all our cares upon God. When we clear our hearts of worldly cares, we allow the Word to grow, take root, and bear much fruit in our lives. Get rid of the thorns and thrive! Stand on the Word, no matter what, and you will persevere through all seasons of life!

So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. — Genesis 1:27 (NKJV) We were created in the image of our heavenly Father. Let us reflect His nature: loving, compassionate, kind, patient, and forgiving. All of us who have given our lives to Jesus, have God's Holy Spirit at work in us, transforming us into His image with ever-increasing glory. (2 Corinthians 3:18).  As children of God, may our lives be a true representation of our great and awesome God!

Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle’s! Psalm 103:1-5 (NLT) Never forget all the good things the Lord has done and is doing in your life. He is our Savior, our Healer and our Redeemer. The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. They begin afresh each morning (Lamentations 3:22-23, NLT). He fills our lives with many blessings and renews our youth. Praise the Lord with your whole heart!

Put me on trial, Lord, and cross-examine me. Test my motives and my heart. For I am always aware of your unfailing love, and I have lived according to your truth. Psalm 26:2-3 (NLT) Always be aware of the Lord's unfailing love. He cares for you and has thoughts of peace toward you to give you a future and a hope. He watches over your coming in and your going out. He guides you along on the path that leads to life. His compassions for you are new every morning.

"Where then does wisdom come from? Where does understanding dwell?" "God understands the way to it and he alone knows where it dwells, for he views the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens." Job 28:20, 23 (NIV) If anyone lacks wisdom, James 1:5 says to ask God and it will be given unto you. Understanding also, comes from the LORD. Proverbs 4:7 instructs us to get understanding though it may cost all we have. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10); and to shun evil is understanding (Job 28:28). Blessed is the person who finds wisdom and gains understanding.
