Find New Strength

Image
“Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.” — Isaiah 40:30-31 (NLT) Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives strength to the weary, and to the one who lacks might He increases power. (Isaiah 40:28-29 NASB1995) Yahweh is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exults, and with my song I shall thank Him. (Psalms 28:7 LSB) Yahweh will give strength to His people; Yahweh will bless His people with peace. (Psalms 29:11 LSB) Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the LORD. (Psalms 31:24 NKJV)

Lead me to the Rock!

Image
From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart is faint; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For You have been a refuge for me, a tower of strength against the enemy. Let me dwell in Your tent forever; Let me take refuge in the shelter of Your wings. Selah. — Psalm 61:2-4 (NASB) When we are overwhelmed by life’s challenges, let us be led to the Rock. His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. (Isaiah 55:9) No one is holy like the LORD! There is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God. (1 Samuel 2:2 NLT) For the Lord our God, in our midst, is a great and awesome God. If God is for us, who can ever be against us? (Romans 8:31) As for me, I trust [confidently] in You and Your greatness, O LORD; I said, “You are my God.” (Psalm 31:14 AMP) “…guide me into your glory, where I am safe and sheltered. Lord, you are a paradise of protection to me.” — Psalm 61:2b-3a (TPT)

Soar High!

Image
But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. — Isaiah 40:31 (NLT) As we trust in the LORD and are led by His Spirit, we are able to soar high above the storms of life, like an eagle. Eagles are large powerful birds, their broad wings allow for a more direct and faster flight. When we fully rely on God, His Spirit lifts us up, closer to Him, and carries us along on the path of life, with purpose and a wonderful plan. Just as eagles build their nests in tall trees or high cliffs, let us dwell with our heavenly Father, in the high places. Rise up and fly above the current conditions of your environment. Always follow the leading of His Spirit, and you will stay on coarse to fulfill your dreams, and reach your extraordinary destiny.

Soar High!

But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. — Isaiah 40:31 (NLT) Have you ever read this Scripture and wondered why you felt weary? I have found that I grow weary when I'm trying to accomplish a task or face a challenge, in my own strength. As we maintain our trust in the LORD, we will always find new strength. We are to let the wind of His love be the force that carries us above our current set of circumstances and keeps us in His perfect state of peace. As we surrender to God’s will and His ways, His mighty power works through us to fulfill all that He desires of us. That's when we are able to soar high.

Guide Your Heart

Image
Hear, my son, and be wise; and guide your heart in the way. — Proverbs 23:19 (NKJV) Let us not blindly follow our hearts, emotions and feelings. Instead, may we exercise self-control and set our hearts to follow God’s way. Let's meditate on His Word, so it can trickle down from our heads and into our hearts. Then, when we encounter trials of any kind, our hearts will not fail or grow faint because they are strengthened with the Word of God. Be wise and continually steer your heart in the right direction, and your actions will take the proper course. As a result, you will reach the desired destination.

Look to the LORD!

Image
But my eyes are upon You, O GOD the Lord; In You I take refuge; do not leave my soul destitute. — Psalm 141:8 (NKJV) Instead of examining your problems, fix your eyes upon the Sovereign LORD, and constantly look to Him for help. He is above ALL. Cry out to the LORD; plead for the LORD’s mercy. Pour out your complaints before him and tell him all your troubles. When you are overwhelmed, God alone knows the way you should turn (Psalm 142:1-3a NLT). He will show you the way you should walk. He will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint (Jeremiah 31:25 NIV).

Find New Strength

Image
But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. — Isaiah 40:31 (NLT) The eternal God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t grow tired or become weary (Isaiah 40:28 GW). Those who wait upon Him, receive new strength. Wait upon Him, with hope and a sense of expectancy. Spread your wings and soar high, close to the LORD. He will give you the strength to run with purpose and not grow weary. You will walk to fulfill your mission and not get tired.

Power & Strength is Available

Image
He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound]. — Isaiah 40:29 (AMP) God makes strength available for every hardship, and every difficulty we face. When we are weary, we need to take our buckets and draw from the well of living water, where there is an endless supply of everything we need. God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, (Ephesians 3:20 NKJV). We are empowered to overcome every challenge by allowing His power that dwells in us, to work through us. Amen!

Angel Sent

“Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.” — Exodus 23:20 (NKJV) The LORD sent His Angel before the Israelites as they wandered in the wilderness for forty years, and eventually, they took possession of the land God promised them. As we journey through this life, God’s Angel goes before us and empowers us to reach the place He has prepared for us, our land of promise. Don't grow weary, nor faint. March on with passion and purpose, fully pursuing all that God has for you. For the LORD gives His angels charge over those who make the LORD, their refuge and dwelling place, to keep them in all their ways. (Psalm 91:9,11)

In Due Season

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. — Galatians 6:9 (NKJV) To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Wait on the LORD and your strength will be renewed; you shall mount up with wings like eagles, you shall run and not be weary, you shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Do not lose heart, every promise and purpose that God has for you will come, in due season.

Renewal of Strength

But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.  — Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) Do not become weary and discouraged while doing good. Wait with your hope anchored in the LORD and you will find new strength. He awakened you this morning, with a purpose and a plan for your life. Spread your wings and soar like an eagle toward all that God has given you to do and be!

Like an Eagle!

Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. — Isaiah 40:31 (NIV) Keep your hope in the LORD and your strength will be renewed. You will soar on wings like eagles. Eagles are strong and powerful and they fly above the storms. Spread your wings and soar high like an eagle, above the circumstances of your life. As long as you keep your hope in the LORD you will not grow weary or faint.

Renew Your Strength

Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:30-31 (NKJ) Those who wait on the LORD, find new strength. If we charge ahead of God we are likely to find ourselves tired and weary and falling by the wayside. Wait on direction from the LORD and for wisdom from His Holy Spirit within, and you shall mount up with wings like eagles and soar toward your God-given destiny.
