Boast in The NAME

Image
Some boast in chariots and some in horses, but we will boast in the name of Yahweh, our God. — Psalms 20:7 (LSB) The name of Yahweh is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it and is set securely on high. (Proverbs 18:10 LSB) Therefore, as the Scriptures say, “If you want to boast, boast only about the LORD.” (1 Corinthians 1:31 NLT) And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, for You, O Yahweh, have not forsaken those who seek You. (Psalms 9:10 LSB) Let them praise the name of Yahweh, for His name alone is set on high; His splendor is above earth and heaven. (Psalms 148:13 LSB) Oh give thanks to Yahweh, call upon His name; Make known His acts among the peoples. Boast in His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek Yahweh be glad. Inquire of Yahweh and His strength; Seek His face continually. (Psalms 105:1, 3-4 LSB) May Yahweh answer you in the day of distress! May the name of the God of Jacob set you securely on high! (Psalms 20:1 LSB)

Hope & Confidence

Image
This is what the LORD says: “Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the LORD.” — Jeremiah 17:5 (NLT) “But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.” (Jeremiah 17:7-8 NLT) Set your affections on Yahweh. And keep your hope and your confidence in Him. ...our hope is in the living God, who is the Savior of all people and particularly of all believers. (See 1 Timothy 4:10) I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. (Ephesians 3:16:17 NLT)

Be Glad & Rejoice!

“Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered; Let those also who hate Him flee before Him.”  “… let the righteous be glad; Let them rejoice before God; Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly. Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, by His name YAH, and rejoice before Him.” — Psalms 68:1, 3-4 (NKJV) “Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but he who trusts in Yahweh, lovingkindness shall surround him. Be glad in Yahweh and rejoice, you righteous ones; And shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart.” (‭‭Psalms‬ ‭32‬:‭10‬-‭11‬ ‭LSB‬‬) “I will give thanks to Yahweh with all my heart; I will recount all Your wondrous deeds. The Shelter of His Wings

Image
Hear my cry, O God; Attend to my prayer. From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For You have been a shelter for me, a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in Your tabernacle forever; I will trust in the shelter of Your wings. Selah  — Psalms 61:1-4 (NKJV) Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me! For my soul trusts in You; And in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, until these calamities have passed by. (Psalms 36:7) Because You have been my help, therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice. (Psalms 63:7 NKJV)

Our Hope & Our Help

Image
“ We put our hope in the LORD. He is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. (Psalms 33:17 TPT) But the LORD watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love. He rescues them from death and keeps them alive in times of famine. (Psalms 33:18-19 NLT) The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even foreverm...

Seek & Trust Yahweh

Image
“You can be sure of this: The LORD set apart the godly for himself. The LORD will answer when I call to him. Don’t sin by letting anger control you. Think about it overnight and remain silent. Interlude Offer sacrifices in the right spirit, and trust the LORD.” — Psalms 4:3-5 (NLT) Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. (Ephesians 4:31-32 NLT) Seek the LORD [search diligently for Him and regard Him as the foremost necessity of your life], all you humble of the land who have practiced His ordinances and have kept His commandments; Seek righteousness, seek humility [regard them as vital]. Perhaps you will be hidden [and pardoned and rescued] in the day of the LORD’s anger. (Zephaniah 2:3 AMP) ...you will seek the LORD your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. ...

Children of God

Image
Everyone who believes [with a deep, abiding trust in the fact] that Jesus is the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed) is born of God [that is, reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, and set apart for His purpose], and everyone who loves the Father also loves the child born of Him. — 1 John 5:1 (AMP) See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don’t recognize that we are God’s children because they don’t know him. (1 John 3:1 NLT) We know that we are children of God and that the world around us is under the control of the evil one. (1 John 5:19 NLT) Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. (1 John 2:15 NLT) “Dear children, keep away from anything that might take God’s place in your hearts.” — 1 John 5:21 (NLT)

Trust in the Light

Image
Jesus replied, “My light will shine for you just a little longer. Walk in the light while you can, so the darkness will not overtake you. Those who walk in the darkness cannot see where they are going. Put your trust in the light while there is still time; then you will become children of the light.” After saying these things, Jesus went away and was hidden from them. — John 12:35-36 (NLT) Put your trust in King Yeshua, not in man, the government, nor in material riches. In John‬ ‭8‬:‭12‬ ‭(TPT‬), Jesus said, “I am light to the world, and those who embrace me will experience life-giving light, and they will never walk in darkness.” May we live and walk in the Light. “To all the rich of this world, I command you not to be wrapped in thoughts of pride over your prosperity, or rely on your wealth, for your riches are unreliable and nothing compared to the living God. Trust instead in the one who lavishes upon us all good things, fulfilling our every need.” (1 Timothy 6:17 TPT)

Hope in Him Alone

Image
We put our hope in the LORD. He is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. Let your unfailing love surround us, LORD, for our hope is in you alone. — Psalms 33:20-22 (NLT) I will be glad and rejoice in your unfailing love, for you have seen my troubles, and you care about the anguish of my soul. You have not handed me over to my enemies but have set me in a safe place. (Psalms 31:7-8) Love the LORD, all you godly ones! For the LORD protects those who are loyal to him, but he harshly punishes the arrogant. So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the LORD! (Psalms 31:23-24) I entrust my spirit into your hand. Rescue me, LORD, for you are a faithful God. (Psalms 31:5) ...joyful are those who have the God of Israel as their helper, whose hope is in the LORD their God. (Psalms 146:5) ...I am confident I will see the LORD’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living. — Psalms 27:13 (NLT)

Trust in His Name

Image
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we will remember and trust in the name of the LORD our God. — Psalm 20:7 (AMP) Always remember and trust in the name of the LORD our God. (Psalm 9:9 VOICE) And those who know Your name [who have experienced Your precious mercy] will put their confident trust in You, for You, O LORD, have not abandoned those who seek You. (Psalm 9:10 AMP) I will boast only in the LORD; let all who are helpless take heart. (Psalm 34:2 NLT) Our help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth! (See Psalm 121:2) He is Elohim, our Creator, the all-powerful One who created the universe. Rely on Adonai, our majestic Lord and the owner of our lives. Trust in the name of the God Most High. He reigns supreme over all. He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (See 1 Corinthians 15:57) Amen.

Rely on Him

Image
Place your trust in the Eternal; rely on Him completely; never depend upon your own ideas and inventions. — Proverbs 3:5 (VOICE) Listen carefully, those of you who make your plans and say, “We are traveling to this city in the next few days. We’ll stay there for one year while our business explodes and revenue is up.” The reality is you have no idea where your life will take you tomorrow. You are like a mist that appears one moment and then vanishes another. It would be best to say, “If it is the Lord’s will and we live long enough, we hope to do this project or pursue that dream.” (James 4:13-15 VOICE) Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. — Proverbs 3:6 (NLT)

Commit Your Works

Image
Commit your works to the LORD [submit and trust them to Him], and your plans will succeed [if you respond to His will and guidance]. — Proverbs 16:3 (AMP) For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 NLT) “It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit,” says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies. (See Zechariah 4:6 NLT)

God’s Help

Image
Give us help against the adversary, for deliverance by man is in vain [a worthless hope]. With God we will do valiantly, for it is He who will trample down our enemies. — Psalm 108:12-13 (AMP) Human help is worthless. With God’s help we will do mighty things, for he will trample down our foes. Many put their hope in chariots, others in horses, but we place our trust in the name of the Eternal One, our True God. (Psalm 20:7 VOICE)  Your hope in the LORD will not be disappointed. …with God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26) The LORD is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. In Isaiah 55:11 (NASB), He says: “ So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. ” Keep your hope and trust in God. Long for the LORD

Image
O True God, You are my God, the One whom I trust. I seek You with every fiber of my being. In this dry and weary land with no water in sight, my soul is dry and longs for You. My body aches for You, for Your presence. — Psalm 63:1 (VOICE) As the deer longs for streams of water, so I long for you, O God.
