Manna for Your Morning

Upon You have I relied and been sustained from my birth; You are He who took me from my mother’s womb and You have been my benefactor from that day. My praise is continually of You.  My mouth is filled with Your praise and with Your glory all day long. — Psalm 71:6, 8 (AMP) God chose you and loved you before the foundation of the world. He knit you together in your mother’s womb. He has sustained you since you drew your first breath. Each day we live the more we have to be thankful for. Praise Him and bring glory to His name all day, every day!  But as for me, I will wait and hope continually, and will praise You yet more and more. (Psalm 71:14 AMP)

I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the LORD sustained me. — Psalm 3:5 (NKJV) We are able to lie down in peace and sleep because the LORD alone, makes us dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8). When we awake, we are still with Him (Psalm 139:18). The LORD sustains us, He goes the distance with us. He is not here one day and gone the next. He sustains us, from beginning to end, without interruption. Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. Amen!

He watched over us as we slept and gave us the strength to get up out of bed this morning. Let us give thanks and praise the LORD! Not only did He wake us up, but He also poured out new mercies and compassions upon us. Whatever life brings your way today, remember to release the weight of all your cares and burdens on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail) (Psalm 55:22, AMP). Amen!
