For we walk by faith, not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7) Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the LORD rescues him from them all. (Psalms 34:19 AMP) Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the LORD. (Psalms 31:24 NKJV)

Cast your burden on the LORD [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken (slip, fall, fail). — Psalms 55:22 (AMP) Sometimes we give our cares and concerns to Yahweh in prayer but we don’t let go of them. We continue to carry them with us, throughout the day. Often, telling others about them. And the more we magnify them, the larger they seem. Let them go and allow the peace of God to rule in your heart and in your mind. It is prideful for us to think we can handle anything better than our great God is able to. Experience a lighter load, by releasing all your cares to God and relying on Him to give you success in that situation. I once read: “Instead of telling God how big your problems are. Tell your problems how big your GOD is.” Amen. (Psalm 55:22 NASB1995) Release all your cares and concerns to Yahweh, and do not pick them back up again. Nothing is too difficult for our mighty God to handle. Then Jesus said, “ Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light. ” (Matthew 11:28-30 NLT)

Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. — Psalm 55:22 (NASB1995) Why insist on carrying a load that Yahweh is more than willing to receive from you? When we truly cast our burdens, as the Word tells us to, we don’t just set them down beside us, but we throw them away from us, as far as possible. So release your troubles into His capable hands, and don't pick them up again. Yahweh is the Way Maker. When our minds are stayed upon Him, instead of our challenges, He will keep us in perfect peace. (See Isaiah 26:3) He will sustain you. He will strengthen and support you in every area, mentally, physically, emotionally, etc.  The LORD our God will enlighten your darkness. (See Psalm 18:28 NKJV) No matter what the circumstances may be, Yahweh never ceases to care for you. The LORD sustains all who fall and raises up all who are bowed down. — Psalm 145:14 (NASB1995)

So now we must cling tightly to the hope that lives within us, knowing that God always keeps his promises! — Hebrews 10:23 (TPT) Let us hold tightly, without wavering, to the living hope we have in the LORD. For He who promised is reliable, trustworthy and faithful to His Word. In Hebrews 13:5, He assures us that He will never leave us or forsake us. Psalm 119:65 says, those who love God’s law will have great peace and nothing will make them stumble. Psalm 55:22 promises that, if we cast our cares on the LORD, He will sustain us. All the promises God has made are “Yes” in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20). Which one are you standing in faith on?

Once we cast our cares on the LORD, we need to RELEASE them. Let them go and trust God to handle it. As we continually cast our cares on the LORD, let us daily commit our ways to Him. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He will do it. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your judgment as the noonday. — Psalm 37:5-6 (NASB)

“ The LORD your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing. ” — Zephaniah 3:17 (NKJV) Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. (Psalm 55:22) When we cast ALL our cares on the LORD, He takes our anxious thoughts and gives us His peace. He quiets us with His unfailing love. He rejoices over us with gladness and singing. He is in our midst. He never neglects or abandons us. When the righteous cry out, the LORD hears, and delivers us out of all our troubles. (Psalm 34:17) This I know: God is for me. He is on our side!

(Psalm 68:19 NIV) Release your burdens to the Lord our God and rely on Him. Rely on His unfailing love, to be your support. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!” (Psalm 91:2 AMP) Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. ”  (Matthew 11:28 NLT) His yoke is easy and His burden is light.” (Matthew 11:30). When we come to Him, we are refreshed and strengthened.

I have set the LORD always before me; because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. — Psalm 16:8 (NKJV) When we humbly position ourselves before the LORD, He will be our stability. The winds of adversity will blow, but He is our strong foundation and we will not be moved. Draw near to God. He is our mighty fortress and safe refuge in times of trouble. Day and night I’ll stick with God; I’ve got a good thing going and I’m not letting go. (Psalm 16:8 MSG) Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. (Psalm 55:22 NKJV)

“As for Mephibosheth,” said the king, “he shall eat at my table like one of the king’s sons.” — 2 Samuel 9:11b (NKJV) When King David was looking for one of Saul’s descendants to show the kindness of God to, Mephibosheth was hiding out in Lo Debar. After King David brought him to Jerusalem, Mephibosheth ate continually at the king’s table, like one of his sons. Are you trying to hide from the LORD? You are the son or daughter of the King. He continually knocks on the door of our hearts. He wants to come in and dine with us, that means close fellowship with the King of kings and the Lord of lords. What an honor and privilege!  That also means provision. The food He gives will sustain and nourish you. Come hungry and eat at His table today. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. (Revelation 3:20 NKJV)

The Master said, “Martha, dear Martha, you’re fussing far too much and getting yourself worked up over nothing. One thing only is essential, and Mary has chosen it—it’s the main course, and won’t be taken from her.” — Luke 10:42 (MSG) Don’t get so worked up about the events of this world. The worries and distractions of the world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and will cause you to become unfruitful. (Matthew 13:22). May we be like Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word. (Luke 10:39). Why consume an unhealthy snack, when you can feast on a full course that will sustain you and give you strength? Choose Jesus, the main course! He is the bread of life. (John 6:48).

And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) Jesus calls all who are weary and carry heavy burdens to come to Him and He will give them rest. (Matthew 11:28). Release your burdens to the LORD and He will sustain you. (Psalm 55:22). He beckons us to come to Him, because His grace is enough for us. He supplements our weaknesses with His strength. Wherever we fall short, His grace fills in the gaps. He illuminates the dark places with His life-giving light. He turns our sorrow & sadness into joy & gladness. In His Presence, we can let go of disappointments and discouragement and cling to the living hope we have in Christ.

Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. — Psalm 55:22 (NIV) First  Peter 5:7 (AMP) tells us to cast the whole of our care [all our anxieties, all our worries, all our concerns, [once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you… The LORD lavishes His love on us and does not desire for us to be overburdened with the cares of this world. They will choke the life out of you. Surely God is our help; the Lord is the one who sustains us (Psalm 54:4). Cast your cares on Him and do not take them back again.

Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, and the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, and there be no herd in the stalls—Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. — Habakkuk 3:17-18 (NKJV) Simply stated, the prophet is saying is that when everything he sees with his eyes, contradict the promises of God, He will continue to rejoice in the LORD. May we never let our trust and faith in God be moved by what our current situation looks like. Job said, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” (Job 13:15 NKJV). Surely, the God who loved us enough to save us, loves us enough to sustain us.

I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the LORD sustained me. — Psalm 3:5 (NKJV) We are able to lie down in peace and sleep because the LORD alone, makes us dwell in safety (Psalm 4:8). When we awake, we are still with Him (Psalm 139:18). The LORD sustains us, He goes the distance with us. He is not here one day and gone the next. He sustains us, from beginning to end, without interruption. Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. Amen!

As for me, I will call upon God, and the LORD shall save me. Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, and He shall hear my voice. — Psalm 55:16-17 (NKJV) No matter what time we call out to the LORD, we can be confident that our voices will be heard. Our heavenly Father doesn’t sleep nor slumber and He never takes a vacation. The line to His throne room is always open. So cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail). — Psalm 55:22 (AMP) Release the full weight of your burdens on the Lord. The Message Bible says: “Pile your troubles on God’s shoulders— he’ll carry your load, he’ll help you out.”

I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the LORD sustained me. — Psalm 3:5 (NKJV) No matter what we faced yesterday, the LORD brought us through. (Hallelujah!!!) He watched over us as we slept and gave us the strength to get up out of bed this morning. Let us give thanks and praise the LORD! Not only did He wake us up, but He also poured out new mercies and compassions upon us. Whatever life brings your way today, remember to release the weight of all your cares and burdens on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail) (Psalm 55:22, AMP). Once we have given them to God, we can walk entirely free of those concerns, knowing that the LORD takes care of us. As long as we stand with the LORD, we will not be shaken. He delivers us out of all trouble (Psalm 54:7).
