Jesus …[willingly] gave Himself [to be crucified] on our behalf to redeem us and purchase our freedom from all wickedness, and to purify for Himself a chosen and very special people to be His own possession, who are enthusiastic for doing what is good.  — Titus 2:14 (AMP) “…you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, while we look forward with hope to that wonderful day when the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be revealed. And He has overcome all who make war with Him. God who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (See Romans 8:32, 35 NASB1995) Nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (See Romans 8:38-39) Yet even in the midst of all these things, we triumph over them all, for God has made us to be more than conquerors, and his demonstrated love is our glorious vict...

For the Father rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. (See Colossians 1:13-14) Now we are light in the Lord, let us walk as children of light. Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; (See Ephesians 5:8,11). And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory. — Romans 29-30 (NLT) We have been chosen by Yahweh, and called to come to Him. We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that we may proclaim the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light; (See 1 Peter 2:9) He chose us to become like His Son, Yeshua. He has risen from death to life. Let us lay aside the deeds of darkness and walk in His light and the more abundant life Yeshua came to give us. For we are God’s masterpiece. Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness...” — Genesis 1:26 (NASB) God is love (see 1 John 4:16) He is a God of peace. (see 1 Thessalonians 5:23) We are made in His image. Let us bear the character and nature of our Creator. We are called and chosen by God. And the One Who called us is faithful. Choose for yourselves today whom you will serve. (see Joshua 2:14-15)

But you are God’s chosen treasure—priests who are kings, a spiritual “nation” set apart as God’s devoted ones. He called you out of darkness to experience his marvelous light, and now he claims you as his very own. He did this so that you would broadcast his glorious wonders throughout the world. — 1 Peter 2:9 (TPT) Let us be devoted to the One who called us out of darkness and made us members of His royal family. This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It’s adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike “What’s next, Papa?” God’s Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children.  (Romans 8:15-16 MSG) No matter “ what ” happens, know “ who ” you are: a child of God. And remember our heavenly Father is with you and He always takes care of His children.

Long ago the LORD said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself. — Jeremiah 31:3 (NLT) The LORD chose you to be in Him, before the foundation of the world. His love is everlasting and never failing. It knows no limits and has no conditions. He draws us close to Him in love, and His faithfulness continues throughout the generations. His loving Presence is with us always. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the LORD forever. (Psalm 23:6 NLT) So lift your hands and thank God for his marvelous kindness and for all his miracles of mercy for those he loves. (Psalm 107:8 TPT)

But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you—from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted. — 1 Peter 2:9-10 (MSG) When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained; What is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, and You crown him with glory and majesty! You make him to rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet, (Psalm 8:3-6 NASB) God has a plan and He called us with a purpose. His Holy Spirit enables us to do all that He has called us to do. You are a chosen vessel to exhibit God's glory on the earth. May we be about our Father's business and fulfill the high calling He has for us.

O LORD of hosts, How blessed and greatly favored is the man who trusts in You [believing in You, relying on You, and committing himself to You with confident hope and expectation]. — Psalm 84:12 (AMP) Those who believe in God and rely on Him, are blessed and greatly favored. Commit yourself fully to the LORD. Confidently expect God to bring you through, whatever He has brought you to. Believe that He rewards those who earnestly and diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6 (NASB) says, …without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. “You are My witnesses,” declares the LORD, “And My servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe Me and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, and there will be none after Me.” — Isaiah 43:10 (NASB)

He who watches the wind [waiting for all conditions to be perfect] will not sow [seed], and he who looks at the clouds will not reap [a harvest]. — Ecclesiastes 11:4 (AMP) When the clouds are full of water, it rains. When the wind blows down a tree, it lies where it falls. Don’t sit there watching the wind. Do your own work. Don’t stare at the clouds. Get on with your life. (Ecclesiastes 11:3-4 MSG) If we wait for perfect conditions before we do what God calls us to do, the enemy will see to it that never happens. We are a called and chosen generation. Answer the call of God now. Do what He has called you to do. Live and Give! Sow into His kingdom by using the talents and abilities He has given you, to bear fruit for our Father’s Kingdom.

She had a sister called Mary, who was seated at the Lord’s feet, listening to His word. But Martha was distracted with all her preparations; and she came up to Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to do all the serving alone? Then tell her to help me.” But the Lord answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and bothered about so many things; but only one thing is necessary, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.” — Luke 10:39-42 (NASB) Psalm 46:10a (NASB) says, “Cease striving and know that I am God…” All of our striving and busyness is a distraction and a ploy of the enemy to disconnect us from our heavenly Father. Choose to stay close and intimately connected to our great, compassionate God. Keep your heart open to listen to Him, and receive His wisdom and truth. When we stop thinking it’s all about us, and acknowledge, it’s all about Him, the rest of Psalm 46:10 unfolds in our lives: “I will be exalt...

And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. — 1 John 2:1 (NKJV) Jesus intercedes for us. He pleads our case with the Father. When he served as a sacrifice for our sins, he solved the sin problem for good—not only ours, but the whole world’s. (1 John 2:2 MSG) So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us? And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God’s chosen? Who would dare even to point a finger? The One who died for us—who was raised to life for us!—is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us. (Romans 8:31-34 MSG)  If God is for us, who can stand against us?
