John the Baptist, who was in prison, heard about all the things the Messiah was doing. So he sent his disciples to ask Jesus, “Are you the Messiah we’ve been expecting, or should we keep looking for someone else?” — Matthew 11:2-3 (NLT) You can be certain, that we don’t need to look for anyone else. Yeshua is the Messiah, our risen Savior. After John the Baptist baptized Jesus, Matthew 3:16-17 says, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” As he sat in prison, something caused John the Baptist to doubt the Word of Yahweh. Never let difficult circumstances cause you to doubt. Yeshua is the only way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. (See John 14:6)

John’s two disciples found Jesus and said to him, “John the Baptist sent us to ask, ‘Are you the Messiah we’ve been expecting, or should we keep looking for someone else?’” — Luke 7:20 (NLT) We need look no further than Yeshua. In John 14:6 (AMP), Yeshua said: “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” In Matthew 16:16, Simon Peter said to Him: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.” No matter what events take place on this earth, may we continue to believe that Yeshua is the Messiah, and be blessed. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.” (Romans 10:11 NASB1995) The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; Yeshua came that we may have life, and have it abundantly. So the men came to Jesus and said, “John the Baptist sent us to You to ask, ‘Are You the Expected One (the Messiah), or should we look for someone else?’” — Luke 7:20 (AMP) John the Baptist was the voice of one crying in the wilderness: “Prepare the way of the LORD…” (See Matthew 3:1-3) In Matthew 3:13-14, Jesus came to John to be baptized by him and John tried to prevent Him, saying, “I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?” However, as John sat in prison, he sent men to ask Jesus if He was the Expected One. In the midst of adverse circumstances, never doubt or wonder if Jesus is the One. James 1:6 says, the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. Believers stand strong in faith, trusting God in all situations. Summoning two of his disciples, John sent them to the Lord, saying, “Are You the Expected One, or do we look for someone else?” — Luke 7:19 (NASB1995) John the Baptist was the very one who declared that Jesus is the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sin of the world. (See John 1:29) In Mark 4, he was preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. However, as he sat in prison, he began to wonder if Jesus was the One. Never let adverse situations cause you to doubt or question Jesus or the ability of Almighty God. Jesus is the Messiah (which is translated, the Christ). (See John 1:41) And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. — 1 John 5:20 (NASB1995)

And He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter replied, “The Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed) of God!” — Luke 9:20 (AMP) Who do you say Jesus is? In John 6:67, Jesus asked the twelve disciples, “Are you also going to leave?” Simon Peter answered, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You [alone] have the words of eternal life [you are our only hope]. We have believed and confidently trusted, and [even more] we have come to know [by personal observation and experience] that You are the Holy One of God [the Christ, the Son of the living God].” (John 6:68-69 AMP) Believe and confidently trust in Jesus. Let us earnestly and diligently seek the Lord. He is our only hope.

Now there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, saying, “Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are—the Holy One of God!” — Mark 1:23-24 (NKJV) Do you know Who Jesus is?
