Manna for Your Morning

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.  — 1 John 1:9-10 (NKJV) Yahweh is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, and He has not rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. (Psalms 103:8, 10-12 LSB) Therefore repent and return to Yahweh, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; (See Acts 3:19)

All this will flow from the kind and compassionate mercy of our God. A new day is dawning: the Sunrise from the heavens will break through in our darkness, and those who huddle in night, those who sit in the shadow of death, will be able to rise and walk in the light, guided in the pathway of peace. — Luke 1:78-79 (VOICE) Yeshua came as a light into the world, that whoever believes in Him should no longer abide in darkness. (See John 12:46) Rise and walk for the light of Yeshua illuminates the path that leads to peace and truth. He is the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. (See John 1:9) In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. (John 1:4-5 NASB1995) And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. The LORD descended in the cloud and stood there with him as he called upon the name of the LORD. Then the LORD passed by in front of him and proclaimed, “The LORD, the LORD God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and truth; who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; — Exodus 34:5-7a (NASB1995) Call on the name of the LORD, the Everlasting God. And two blind men sitting by the road, hearing that Jesus was passing by, cried out, “Lord, have mercy on us, Son of David!” The crowd sternly told them to be quiet, but they cried out all the more, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” — Matthew 20:30-31 (NASB1995) Do not let the crowd stop you from calling on our great and awesome God. Instead of being silent, cry out all the more. When the righteous cry [for help], the LORD hears and rescues them from all their distress and troubles. (Psalm 24:17 AMP) In Matthew 20:33-34, the blind men said to Jesus “Lord, we want our eyes to be opened.” Moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes; and immediately they regained their sight and followed Him. The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. (Psalm 103:8 NASB1995) Hallelujah! And the appropriate response to His generosity and goodness is to follow Him. He prayed to the LORD and said, “Please LORD, was not this what I said while I was still in my own country? In response to the question, “ And who is my neighbor? ” Jesus told the parable of the good Samaritan. A man was traveling, and fell among robbers. Seek and deeply long for the LORD and His strength [His power, His might]; Seek and deeply long for His face and His presence continually. — Psalm 105:4 (AMP) The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. (Psalm 103:8 NASB) How blessed is the man whose strength is in the LORD. They go from strength to strength. But even there, if you seek God, your God, you’ll be able to find him if you’re serious, looking for him with your whole heart and soul. When troubles come and all these awful things happen to you, in future days you will come back to God, your God, and listen obediently to what he says. God, your God, is above all a compassionate God. In the end he will not abandon you, he won’t bring you to ruin, he won’t forget the covenant with your ancestors which he swore to them. — Deuteronomy 4:29-31 (MSG) Come back to God and listen to what He says. Wholeheartedly seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness. Strive after His heart and character, more than His hand and He will give you everything you need.

Because You r lovingkindness is better than life, My lips will praise You. So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. — Psalm 63:3-4 (NASB) The lovingkindness of the LORD is better than life itself. His love never fails. O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; for His lovingkindness is everlasting. (1 Chronicles 16:34) He is a God of forgiveness, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness; (Nehemiah 9:17). And through the lovingkindness of the Most High we will not be shaken. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow you all the days of your life, and you will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. (Psalm 23:6) Daily I will worship you passionately and with all my heart. My arms will wave to you like banners of praise. — Psalm 63:4 (TPT)

So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. — Hebrews 10:35-36 (NLT) …let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. (Galatians 6:9 NLT) See, we count as blessed those who have endured. You have heard of Job’s endurance and have seen the outcome that the Lord brought about—the Lord is compassionate and merciful. (James 5:11 CSB) The Eternal One blessed the last part of Job’s life even more than the first part. (Job 42:12a VOICE) May you continue to fight the good fight, finish the course, and keep the faith. (1 Timothy 4:7)

For the LORD is the great God, and the great King above all gods. — Psalm 95:3 (NKJV) Our God is El Elyon, the God Most High. Higher than anything that stands before you. God is El Roi, the God Who sees you. He is a compassionate God, rich in grace and mercy. He is the everlasting God. He will never abandon you. What amazing love He has lavished on us. He first loved us, before we even acknowledged Him. In Deuteronomy 7:21, the LORD tells His people not to be terrified of their enemies because the LORD our God, the great and awesome God, is among them. He is Immanuel, God with us. We have already overcome our enemy, because He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world. (1John 4:4) God is Adonai, our Great Lord. Let us adore Him. For the LORD is great and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods. — Psalm 96:4 (NKJV)

“How kind the Lord is!” she exclaimed. “He has taken away my disgrace of having no children.”  — Luke 1:25 (NLT) Our heavenly Father takes away all our disgrace. The blood of Jesus Christ, His Son cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). The LORD has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.The LORD is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him. (Psalm 103:12-13 NLT) “Fear not; you will no longer live in shame. Don’t be afraid; there is no more disgrace for you. (Isaiah 54:4a NLT) He will give you a crown of beauty for ashes, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Instead of shame and dishonor, you will enjoy a double share of honor. You will possess a double portion of prosperity in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours. (Isaiah 61:3,7) This is the kindness of our Lord! Let us praise God for His abundant lovingkindness.

Bless the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: — Psalm 103:1-2 (NKJV) Never forget the goodness of our great God and all the wonderful ways He blesses His people. He is everything that we will ever need. He is a constant Companion and a Faithful Friend forever. He is our GPS, as He leads us and guides us along on the path of life. He is our Healer, and the One who makes us whole. He is our Champion; our battles belong to Him and He has given us the victory! Because of Jesus, we are more than conquerors, we overcome. The LORD is kind and compassionate, full of mercy and grace. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities. Now a leper came to Him, imploring Him, kneeling down to Him and saying to Him, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.” Then Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” — Mark 1:40-42 (NKJV) Immediately after Jesus spoke the word, the leprosy was gone, the leper's skin was smooth and healthy. (Mark 1:43) This leper came to Jesus. He humbled himself and kneeled down. He acknowledged that Jesus was able to fulfill his request, when he said, “You can make me clean.” May we humbly approach Jesus, acknowledge the greatness of our God and ask for His help, because Jesus is always compassionate willing and able.  Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8) Are you willing to trust Him and take Him at His Word?

Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. — Psalm 103:2-3 (NLT) We are forgiven! The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. (Psalm 103:8 NASB) He does not punish us for all our sins; he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve. For his unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. (Psalm 103:10-12 NLT) Let us be like our heavenly Father, and give grace to others. Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you, just as the Lord has forgiven you, so should you forgive. (Colossians 3:13) Instead of bearing grudges, build bridges. Be kind and helpful to one another, tender-hearted [compassionate, understanding], forgiving one another [readily and freely], just as God in Christ also forgave you. ...

Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; Yes, our God is compassionate. The LORD preserves the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me. Return to your rest, O my soul, for the LORD has dealt bountifully with you. — Psalm 116:5-7 (NASB) Our God is full of grace and compassion. When difficult circumstances bring you down, look up, to Abba Father. He is an ever-present help. The Message Bible says, God takes the side of the helpless... (Psalm 116:6). He will right the wrongs.     Our heavenly Father shines His light, in times of darkness. Keep your trust in Him and He will deal bountifully with you. And the Eternal watches over the naive. Whenever I was knocked down, He reached down and saved me. O my soul! Return and relax. Come to your true rest, for the Eternal has showered you with His favor. —Psalm 116:6-7 (The Voice)

“Yet even now,” declares the LORD,  “Return to Me with all your heart,  and with fasting, weeping and mourning; And rend your heart and not your garments.” Now return to the LORD your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness and relenting of evil. — Joel 2:12-13  (NASB) Instead of coming to our heavenly Father with external signs or customs, come to Him with a sincere and humble heart. Open your heart to Him, so His grace, mercy, and love can infiltrate it and transform your life. He will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten. “ You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; and My people shall never be put to shame. ” (Joel 2:26 NKJV)

And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. — Romans 8:28 (NASB) When circumstances are less than optimal, remember that God will work all things together for good in your life. May we hold onto His perfect peace, as we develop patience and perseverance. Working all things together for good is a process that takes T-I-M-E. Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace]. (James 1:3 AMP) We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. (Romans 5:3 NLT) Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful. (James 5:11 NKJV)

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT) Be anxious for nothing. Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous. Surely the righteous will never be shaken; they will be remembered forever. They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the LORD. Their hearts are secure, they will have no fear; in the end they will look in triumph on their foes.
