And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split. — Matthew 27:50-51 (NASB1995) When Jesus gave His life and the veil of the temple was torn in two, we were given total access to commune with the Creator of Heaven and earth. That’s better than any back stage pass or first class accommodation. Abundant riches are available to us in Christ. For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich. (2 Corinthians 8:9) Let us fix our eyes on Jesus and draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Matthew 6:33 NLT) In Jesus, we have complete and free access to God’s kingdom. There are no barriers between us and our heavenly Father. Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [His amazing] grace to help in time of need [an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment]. (Hebrews 4:16 AMP) Amen.

If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.”  — Revelation 3:20 (NKJV) Jesus continually knocks on the door of our hearts. Open wide your heart, to Him. Give Him complete access. The brilliance and beauty of His light will shine in every room, every crevice; His love, His kindness, His grace and mercy. It will flood your soul. Twenty-six years ago today, I opened the door of my heart to Jesus for the first time and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Never had I known such pure and unconditional love, such deep peace and unspeakable joy. He filled that empty space in my heart. Opening the door to Jesus, gave me hope, and a purpose to fulfill His wonderful plan for my life. Open your heart to Him, today.

You can tell for sure that you are now fully adopted as his own children because God sent the Spirit of his Son into our lives crying out, “Papa! Father!” Doesn’t that privilege of intimate conversation with God make it plain that you are not a slave, but a child? And if you are a child, you’re also an heir, with complete access to the inheritance. — Galatians 4:6-7 (MSG) What a rich inheritance we have received in Christ! As children of Almighty God, He has given us full access to His glorious kingdom. He has not held anything back. For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17 NLT). It is an absolute privilege to live in His Presence, full of the power that brought Jesus back to life. Surely, He who conquered death, will enable us to be victorious over the challenges we encounter.
