Set Your Mind

Instead of being focused o n earthly things, set your mind on things above. Feast on His Faithfulness

“Keep trusting in the Lord and do what is right in his eyes. Fix your heart on the promises of God, and you will dwell in the land, feasting on his faithfulness. Find your delight and true pleasure in Yahweh, and he will give you what you desire the most.” — Psalms 37:3-4 (TPT) Believe the promises of God with all your heart. “For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory.” (2 Corinthians 1:20 NLT) He will show you the path of life; In His presence is fullness of joy; At His right hand are pleasures forevermore. (See Psalms 16:11 NKJV) Seek and deeply long for the LORD and His strength [His power, His might]; Seek and deeply long for His face and His presence continually. (Psalms 105:4 AMP) Great is His faithfulness!

Praise & Give Thanks

O LORD, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will praise and give thanks to Your name; For You have done miraculous things, plans formed long, long ago, [fulfilled] with perfect faithfulness. — Isaiah 25:1 (AMP) Praise and give thanks to Yahweh, in all situations and circumstances. For He has been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat… (See Isaiah 25:4 NKJV). He is everything we need Him to be and more. Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name. (Hebrews 13:14 NASB1995) Praise shifts our attention away from our problems and onto His Presence. And in His Presence is fullness of joy. (See Psalms 16:11) Furthermore, Yahweh will keep in perfect peace, those whose mind is stayed on Him, because he trusts in Him.  (See Isaiah 6:3 NKJV)  I will praise the name of God with a song, a nd will magnify Him with thanksgiving....

He Directs Our Steps

I waited patiently for the LORD; and He inclined to me, and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth— Praise to our God; Many will see it and fear, and will trust in the LORD. — Psalm 40:1-3 (NKJV) We may plan our way, as we journey through life, but it is the LORD Who directs our steps and establishes them. Psalm 37:23 (NLT) says: He delights in every detail of our lives. Even though we get tripped up, we will not fall on our faces, because the LORD holds us by the hand. (See Proverbs 16:9 AMP & Psalm 37:23-24 VOICE) When you don't know what to do, seek His guidance. Yahweh will make known to you the path that leads to life. Show Me

“ Show me the right path, O LORD; point out the road for me to follow. Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you. ” — Psalms 25:4-5 (NLT) Once the LORD shows us the right path, let us faithfully follow Jesus and walk according to the truth, the Word of God. The LORD is good and does what is right; he shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them his way. The LORD leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenant and obey his demands. (Psalms 25:8-10 NLT) Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through Him. (See John 14:6 NLT) Our only hope is in Him. The LORD says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.” — Psalms 32:8 (NLT)  

Release

Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. — Psalm 55:22 (NASB) Do you find it difficult to give your burdens to the LORD? If so, do you think you are more capable of taking care of yourself, than the God who created you? This is the very same mighty God who spoke and created the universe and all that it contains. It is the LORD Who knows what you are going to say before you speak a word. This wonderful God of ours, has all your days written in His book. His thoughts of you outnumber the grains of sand, on every shore! And through Christ, He has already gained the victory for us. Burdens in your hands are a difficult thing. Our burdens in the hands of the LORD are nothing to Him. Choose to trust God at all times. Cast your burdens upon the LORD and leave them there. Let’s release and refuse to take them back.

Submit

So submit to [the authority of] God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him] and he will flee from you. — James 4:7 (AMP) It is only in submitting to the authority of God in our lives, that we are able to resist the devil and stand firm against him. …when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. (1 John 3:8 NLT) So let God work his will in you. Yell a loud no to the Devil and watch him scamper. Say a quiet yes to God and he’ll be there in no time. (James 4:7 MSG) And pray that we’ll be rescued from these scoundrels who are trying to do us in. I’m finding that not all “believers” are believers. But the Master never lets us down. He’ll stick by you and protect you from evil. — 2 Thessalonians 3:3 (MSG)

Keep on Believing

Jesus: Don’t get lost in despair; believe in God, and keep on believing in Me. — John 14:1 (VOICE) I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. (Psalm 27:13 NASB) Don’t let your faith grow weak and cause you to waver and wander away from our heavenly Father. for we walk by faith, not by sight [living our lives in a manner consistent with our confident belief in God’s promises] (2 Corinthians 5:7 AMP) So God has given us two unchanging things: His promise and His oath. These prove that it is impossible for God to lie. As a result, we who come to God for refuge might be encouraged to seize that hope that is set before us. That hope is real and true, an anchor to steady our restless souls… — Hebrews 6:18-19a (VOICE)

Victory is Ours

Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between us and Christ’s love for us? There is no way! Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in Scripture:  — Romans 8:35-36  (MSG) Despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. (Romans 8:37 NLT) None of this fazes us because Jesus loves us. I’m absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God’s love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us. (Romans 8:37-39 MSG)

God is on the Throne

In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul. — Psalm 94:19 (NKJV) Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression (Proverbs 12:25a). So when you are experiencing a multitude of anxieties, cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 NASB). He will comfort your soul. When you are upset and beside yourself, He will calm you down and cheer you up. (Psalm 94:19 MSG) No need to be anxious when our God is on the throne. He is bigger than any mountain you face. He is higher than any hurdle in front of you. He is more powerful than the storms that come, and He will see you through each one.

Angels Before Us

“See, I am sending an angel before you to protect you on your journey and lead you safely to the place I have prepared for you.” — Exodus 23:20 (NLT) When we walk on the path the LORD has for us, He will lead us safely to the places He has called us to be. As we walk under the umbrella of His protection, we can remain in peace, knowing that He will guide us through every storm. If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; (Psalm 91:9-11 NIV). The angel of the LORD encamps all around those who fear Him and delivers them (Psalm 34:7 NKJV). Amen.

“What then shall I do?”

Pilate said to them, “What then shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” — Matthew 27:22a (NKJV) What do you do with Jesus? Our very lives hang in the balance of how we answer that question. Do you praise Him in private, but are an invisible and silent partner when it comes to taking a stand for Him in public? Are you a believer or follower? Followers are believers, who follow up what they believe with action. Are you a spectator or imitator? Spectators never win because they never get involved in the game. (1 Corinthians 11:1). If you shut Jesus in a closet, for six days of the week, there is not much of an investment being made and the result is surface level, lukewarm living. (Revelation 3:16). When we live our lives for Jesus, out in the open, seven days a week, then we store up treasures in heaven and enjoy a deeper, richer and more satisfying life. From Adversity to Advancement

David answered ... “As the LORD lives, who has redeemed my life from all adversity, — 2 Samuel 4:9  (NKJV) God delivered David out of all his troubles. So David went on and became great, and the LORD God of hosts was with him (2 Samuel 5:10). I believe the secret to David’s success was that he habitually inquired of the LORD (2 Samuel 2:1, 5:19, 5:23, 21:1). Then he followed through and did as the LORD commanded him (2 Samuel 5:25). As we abide in God, we too can go from adversity to advancement. Keep seeking God's will in every situation and the setbacks you experience in life will eventually propel you forward into the glorious destiny God has for you!

He Gives What is Good

Yes, the LORD will give what is good; And our land will yield its increase. Righteousness will go before Him, and shall make His footsteps our pathway.  — Psalm 85:12-13 (NKJV) Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning (James 1:17). We have all received from our heavenly Father that which is good and perfect. Let us walk in His footsteps and pay His goodness forward to others.

Meditate on His Unfailing Love!

Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love. For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end. — Psalm 48:9, 14 (NIV) May we meditate on God's unfailing love. The LORD’s unfailing love surrounds the one who trusts in Him (Psalm 32:10). And He delights in those who put their hope in His unfailing love (Psalm 147:11). Through the unfailing love of the Most High, we will not be shaken (Psalm 21:7). So great is His everlasting love, it cannot be contained. He abundantly pours it out on us, until it overflows. Let His limitless love, satisfy and comfort you. Let it spill out on everyone who comes your way today. Our heavenly Father adores you and He is with you forever! Amen.

Blessed with Every Spiritual Blessing!

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, Ephesians 1:3 (NKJ) Because of His amazing love, God adopted us into His family through Jesus Christ and blessed us with every spiritual blessing. God sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” (Galatians 4:6). We are blessed beyond measure to be children of God and to have His Spirit living in our hearts. It's not about religion, but relationship. Our Daddy loves us with an unfailing love and He is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us (Ephesians 3:20). May we always engage in consistent fellowship with our Father, our greatest blessing!

Stay Close

I remember you while I'm lying in bed; I think about you through the night. You are my help. Because of your protection, I sing. I stay close to you; you support me with your right hand. Psalm 63:6-8 (NCV) Keep the LORD on your mind. Think about His goodness. He is the One who comes to your aid. Let your mouth continually sing praises to Him. Stay close to the LORD and His right hand will be your support.

A Garment of Praise

He has sent me to ...bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes,  the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a  garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. Isaiah 61:1, 3 (NIV) The Sovereign LORD sent Jesus Christ to the earth to release the prisoners from darkness. Jesus gives us a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. He has given us reason to rejoice. The brilliant light of Jesus shines upon us and chases away the darkness. Jesus clothes us with eternal hope, deep peace and abundant joy.
