Manna for Your Morning

He who pays attention to the word [of God] will find good, and blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) is he who trusts [confidently] in the LORD. — Proverbs 16:20 (AMP) We find good when we give attention to God’s Word, daily and not just on Sunday morning. The Word of God is Good News (you can use). For every word God speaks is sure and every promise pure. His truth is tested, found to be flawless, and ever faithful. It’s as pure as silver refined seven times in a crucible of clay. (Psalm 12:6 TPT) You can trust our faithful God to fulfill every Word He has spoken. Not reading and applying the Word of God, on a daily basis, places you in a battle with no weapon. We are in a war and the devil takes no vacations. He roams about the earth seeking whom he may devour. Even Jesus overcame the the temptation of the devil by stating the Word: “ It is written… ” (Matthew 4:4, 6, 7 &10)

He who gives attention to the word will find good, and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD. — Proverbs 16:20 (NASB) For good success in life, let us give attention to the Word of God, in what we believe, what we speak, and what we do. His word revives us and gives us life. It is our comfort in affliction (Psalm 119:50)  Rejoice at His word as one who finds great treasure. (Psalm 119:162) This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you  shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. ( Joshua 1:8  NKJV )

His Word is living, active and powerful (Hebrews 4:12). It revives and refreshes. His Word strengthens (Psalm 119:28) and gives us hope. As we hear His Word, it grows our faith (Romans 10:17). It comforts us in our affliction and gives us life (Psalm 119:50). His word is truth (Psalm 119:160) and it sets us free from the lies of the enemy. His Word is a lamp that lights up our path and shows us which way to go (Psalm 119:105). God’s Word reveals His goodness, His grace and mercy, and the love He has for us in Christ Jesus our Lord. Be sure to give attention to Jesus. He is the living Word (John 1:14). When we meditate in the Word day and night, and be careful to do everything in accordance with all that is written in it, then we will make our way prosperous, and then we will have good success. Tune into the Word of God and you will find the good and positive message that will revive you. When we wisely pay attention to His Word, we find good. His Word gives life. (Psalm 119:50) Through His precepts we get understanding. (Psalm 119:104). Trust in the LORD and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you your heart’s desires (Psalm 37:3-4 NLT). Know that it is better to trust in the LORD than to put your confidence in man. (Psalm 118:8) Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! (Psalm 34:8)
