Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let joy overflow, for you are united with the Anointed One! Let gentleness be seen in every relationship, for our Lord is ever near. — Philippians 4:4-5 (TPT) Ecclesiastes 3:1 says: There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven— (NASB) Therefore, in every situation and season, let our hearts be full of gratitude, continually giving thanks to God. In every season, we are united with Christ. The Lord will lead us and guide us. In every season, He provides and He protects. Remember what God has done and look at what He is doing now. Our hearts will overflow with joy, as we believe God's Word and trust that He is working everything together for our good.

This is the day the LORD has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it. —P salm 118:24 (NKJV) Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! (Philippians 4:4 NKJV) Let us rejoice at all times. Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let joy overflow, for you are united with the Anointed One! (Philippians 4:4 TPT) Do not let your joy be tied to temporary circumstances. (No Monday morning blues for you.) Our joy is to be based on our eternal God and the fact that He loves us and is always with us. James 1:2 (NASB) says to consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials. We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. (Romans 5:3 NLT) “Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the LORD is your strength!” — Nehemiah 8:10 (NLT)

Don’t burn out; keep yourselves fueled and aflame. Be alert servants of the Master, cheerfully expectant. Don’t quit in hard times; pray all the harder. — Romans 12:11-12 (MSG) The best way to stay full of His Spirit and on fire for the LORD, is to keep a constant connection with Him throughout your day, through prayer, praising and the giving of thanks. Let the difficulties and challenges draw you closer to Him. Look to our great God in cheerful expectation of the deliverance He will bring about in your life. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person is powerful and produces wonderful results. Be persistent and devoted to prayer, being alert and focused in your prayer life with an attitude of thanksgiving. (Colossians 4:2 AMP)

This is the way God wants you who belong to Christ Jesus to live. — 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (MSG) Prayer (talking to God) is much more powerful and produces better results than worrying (talking to self). It is definitely more beneficial than complaining or gossiping (talking to others). No matter how complicated or difficult the situation there is always something to be thankful for. Thank God that He can restore the years that the locust has eaten. Praise the LORD that He is able to give you double for all your trouble. Amen and Hallelujah! ‘Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ Isaiah 41:10 (NASB)

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. — Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV) Your mood, and your actions, and the words that come out of your mouth, will follow what you think about the most. If you constantly think about what you don’t have, you are calling lack into your life. If you always find something to worry about, you will be full of anxiety and despair. However, if your thoughts are fixed on the LORD, that is where your trust will be and, He will keep you in perfect peace. (Isaiah 26:3). When you remember all the benefits we have in the LORD, you will have a grateful attitude, a joyful heart and a cheerful disposition.

So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. — 2 Corinthians 9:7 (NKJV) Let us imitate our heavenly Father, Who continually gives. He pours out His love and kindness, at all times. The spout on His grace and mercy is continuously open. James 1:5 says, God gives wisdom generously to all who ask. No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11). Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows (James 1:17 NIV). As we have freely received, let us delight ourselves in being extravagant givers, not just of our finances, but our time, talents, God's love, and grace, etc.

Find comfort and strength in the fact that God is with you. When you go through deep waters, He will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you (Isaiah 43:2 NLT). Be cheerful, knowing that with God on our side, we shall overcome.

Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah (Psalm 62:8 NKJV).

A cheerful disposition is good for your health; gloom and doom leave you bone-tired. Proverbs 17:22 (The Message) A merry heart is good for you. It is like medicine to your soul, but feeding on the constant negative news of the world drains your energy. In the LORD's presence we have fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). Our joy is not contingent upon our outer circumstances. Let us rejoice in His Presence.
