Rely on His Lovingkindness

Image
But I have trusted and relied on and been confident in Your lovingkindness and faithfulness; My heart shall rejoice and delight in Your salvation. — Psalm 13:5 (AMP) Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, on those who hope for His lovingkindness, (Psalm 33:18 NASB1995). May we rely on the lovingkindness of the LORD. He is a God who protects and is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness and truth. (See Psalm 86:15 AMP) His lovingkindness extends to the heavens, His faithfulness reaches to the skies. (See Psalms 36:5 NASB1995) How precious is His unfailing love! All humanity finds shelter in the shadow of His wings. (See Psalm 36:7 NLT)  What then shall we say to all these things? If God is for us, who can be [successful] against us? He who did not spare [even] His own Son, but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things? (Romans 8:31-32 AMP) Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me...

Rely Only On God

Image
We think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters, about the trouble we went through in the province of Asia. We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead. And he did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us. — 2 Corinthians 1:8-10 (NLT) No matter what troubles you go through, continue to rely on God to see you through. Always put your hope in the LORD. Travel steadily along his path. He will honor you by giving you the land. You will see the wicked destroyed. (See Psalms 37:34 NLT)

A Joyful Heart

Image
A joyful, cheerful heart brings healing to both body and soul. But the one whose heart is crushed struggles with sickness and depression. — Proverbs 17:22 (TPT) A joyful heart is a heart that has learned to rely on and trust in the Most High God, His Word, His wisdom, and His ways. Instead of carrying around the burdens of this world, cast your cares on the LORD and experience the fullness of joy we have in His Presence. Do not be worried, for the joy of the LORD is our strength! (Nehemiah 8:10) A cheerful disposition is good for your health; gloom and doom leave you bone-tired. — Proverbs 17:22 (MSG)

Child of God

Image
But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the right [the authority, the privilege] to become children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name — — John 1:12 (AMP) What a privilege and honor to be called a child of God, to abide in the Presence of Almighty God. Consider the kind of extravagant love the Father has lavished on us—He calls us children of God! It’s true; we are His beloved children. And in the same way the world didn’t recognize Him, the world does not recognize us either. (1 John 3:1 VOICE) The Passion Translation says: Look with wonder at the depth of the Father’s marvelous love that he has lavished on us! He has called us and made us his very own beloved children … (1 John 3:1) As children of God, let us abide with Him on a moment by moment basis, not just drop by one day of the week and then check out. With humble and grateful hearts, let us confidently and daily, draw near to the throne of grace, and spend ...

Learn to Rely on God

— 2 Corinthians 1:8-9 (NLT) Cast your cares on the Lord. Instead of trusting in your own strength, let your troubles cause you to rely solely on God, who possesses the power to raise the dead. Keep your hope in Him and you will not be disappointed. He delivers the righteous from all their troubles.

Heaven’s Help

Image
“For I the LORD your God keep hold of your right hand; [I am the Lord], Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’ — Isaiah 41:13 (AMP) We do not have to fear because God is with us. He has a firm grip on us and He’s not letting go. He is with us and He will help us. We can always rely and depend on His help. For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. (Psalm 91:11 NASB) Praise God that we get to journey through life with Him by our side. How happy are those who have learned how to praise You; those who journey through life by the light of Your face. Every hour of the day, they rejoice at the sound of Your name. They are lifted up and encouraged by Your righteousness.  — Psalm 89:15-16 (VOICE)

Rest in God’s Faithfulness

Image
Believe in the Eternal, and do what is good— live in the land He provides; roam, and rest in God’s faithfulness. — Psalm 37:3 (VOICE) The Amplified Bible says to trust, rely on and have confidence in the LORD and do good; Dwell in the land and feed securely on His faithfulness. (Psalm 37:3) When we rely on Him to work in us and through us, His perfect will is accomplished. Let us put more confidence in our great God than we do earthly events, that doctor’s report, or the balance of our bank account, etc. Trust God to handle everything that concerns you and He will keep you in perfect peace. God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19) He is Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Amen.

You're Included

Image
Jesus said to her, “I am the Resurrection and the Life. Whoever believes in (adheres to, trusts in, relies on) Me [as Savior] will live even if he dies;” — John 11:25 (AMP) In 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 The Message Bible says, Christ’s love has moved me to such extremes. His love has the first and last word in everything we do. Our firm decision is to work from this focused center: One man died for everyone. That puts everyone in the same boat. He included everyone in his death so that everyone could also be included in his life, a resurrection life, a far better life than people ever lived on their own . Our Savior is alive! And He has given us new life. Let go of the old, dead things and walk in newness of life. Life in Jesus is a much better life than the one you will live without HIm. Make a firm decision to follow Christ and let all you do be motivated by His love.

He’ll Help You Out

Image
Pile your troubles on God’s shoulders— he’ll carry your load, he’ll help you out. He’ll never let good people topple into ruin. — Psalm 55:22 (MSG) In 2 Corinthians 1:8-9 (NLT), the Apostle Paul tells us about the trouble they went through in the province of Asia. He says, “ we think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters… We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead .” If you are facing a difficult situation, stop relying on yourself and learn to rely ONLY on God. Cast all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. ( 1 Peter 5:7 AMP )

He deals Bountifully

Image
But I have trusted and relied on and been confident in Your lovingkindness and faithfulness; My heart shall rejoice and delight in Your salvation. I will sing to the LORD, because He has dealt bountifully with me. — Psalm 13:5-6 (AMP) When people run away from God, that is a sign that they don’t understand the true nature of our heavenly Father. God is good to us. Proverbs 10:6 (NLT) says, The godly are showered with blessings. It is the enemy that comes to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10a). Jesus came that we may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows]. (John 10:10b AMP). His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness… (2 Peter 1:3 NKJV) He has given us everything we need to live the kind of life He designed for us to live. Refuse to let the enemy steal what has been given to you. Be confident in God's lovingkindness and faithfulness. Rely on Him to be there when you need Him most. God is so rich in ...

Be Blessed & Prosper

Image
An arrogant and greedy man stirs up strife, but he who trusts in the LORD will be blessed and prosper. — P roverbs 28:25 (AMP) Man may fail us, but we will never be disappointed when we trust in and rely on the LORD. “Trust in the LORD forever, for in God the LORD, we have an everlasting Rock. (Isaiah 26:4 NASB) When we keep our confidence in His Word and follow His ways, we flourish and experience success in all areas of our lives. Trust in the LORD and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. (Psalm 37:3 NLT)

An Opportunity

Image
Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. — James 1:2 (NLT) The Message Bible says, t o consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides (James 1:2). When faced with adversity, it is an opportunity to learn that we should not trust in ourselves but in God. In 2 Corinthians 1:9 (NIV), the Apostle Paul said, “ Indeed, we felt we had received the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead. ” Troubles present an opportunity for our faith and trust in God to grow and be strengthened. They draw us closer to our heavenly Father. Let us see challenges as a set-up for our great big God to show Himself strong and mighty. We can be confident that God will cause all things to work together for good. We can also take joy in knowing that in Jesus we have already overcome!

Trust in the LORD

Image
Trust in the LORD, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.  Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. — Psalm 37:3-5 (NKJV) May we totally trust and rely on the LORD, every minute of the day. Be confident in His faithfulness to do all that He has said. What He has said, shall come to pass. Cast all your cares on Him and delight yourself in Him. In His presence is fullness of joy; at His right hand are pleasures forevermore. (Psalm 16:11)

God with Us!

Image
“Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” — Matthew 1:23 (NKJV) In every trial, in every temptation and in every challenge, this is all we need to know: God is with us! He is not against us. God is for you. He loves you. The Creator of the universe chose you! He created you with a purpose. Only you, with your unique set of gifts, talents and personality can fulfill the glorious destiny He has for you. He works all things together for good. The plans He has for you are good. How can you lose, when Jesus has already won the victory for us? All of our days are written in His Book. We win. Our heavenly Father has given us everything we need to overcome and conquer all. It's only possible when we humble ourselves and totally depend, rely on and trust in God and recognize that He is with us. Glory hallelujah!

Rely on Your God

Image
Who among you fears the LORD and obeys his servant? If you are walking in darkness, without a ray of light, trust in the LORD and rely on your God. — Isaiah 50:10 (NLT) When the storms of life come rushing in, instead of drifting away from God and allowing your faith to be shipwrecked, draw near and rely on your God. When your journey causes you to wander in the wilderness instead of the promised land, rely on your God. If life situations seem to have you imprisoned, realize that Jesus has proclaimed freedom to those held captive and given a pardon to all prisoners. When all you can see is darkness around you, look up and into the light of the LORD your God.

Totally Trust God!

Image
We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead  — 2 Corinthians 1:8-9 (NLT) In spite of the most difficult times, totally trust God! He changes circumstances for the better. The LORD will eventually bring about restoration and reconciliation, no matter how hopeless the situation may seem. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them (Romans 8:28 (NLT).

Trust At All Times!

Image
Trust in, lean on, rely on, and have confidence in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts before Him. God is a refuge for us (a fortress and a high tower). Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! — Psalm 62:8 (AMP) No matter how circumstances may appear, keep your eyes always on the LORD. With him by your side, you will not be shaken (Psalm 16:8). For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the solid Rock except our God? (Psalm 18). Lean on Him. When you don’t know what to do, rely on the wisdom of our great God. When you don’t where to go, run to His throne room. Pour out your heart before Him. He is a refuge of safety and peace.
