He is Always Good

Image
“Yahweh is always good to all who trust in him, to the soul who searches for him.” — Lamentations 3:25 (TPT) Yahweh’s tender mercies have no end, and the kindness of his endless love is never exhausted. New, fresh mercies greet me with every sunrise. So wonderfully great is your faithfulness! I tell my soul, “Yahweh is my abundant portion. I need nothing more. So, I will put all my hope in him.” (Lamentations 3:22-24 TPT) Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, the God of our salvation! Selah (Psalms 68:19 NKJV) Consider the kind of extravagant love the Father has lavished on us—He calls us children of God! It’s true; we are His beloved children… (See 1 John 3:1 VOICE)  Good and upright is Yahweh; Therefore He instructs sinners in the way. (Psalms 25:8 LSB) The Lord is good and ready to forgive; His loyal love flows generously over all who cry out to Him. (See Psalms 86:5 VOICE) For the LORD is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting and His faithfulness to all gene...

Our Portion...Our Only Hope!

Image
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the Rock and firm Strength of my heart and my Portion forever. — Psalm 73:26 (AMP) The Lord is my chosen and assigned portion, my cup; You hold and maintain my lot (Psalm 16:5, AMP). God does not force Himself on anyone. We have to choose Him, first and foremost. And once we do, no one can take Him away from us. In comparison to our relationship with God, let us consider everything else as rubbish. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” (Lamentations 3:24). Psalm 142:5, in the Message Bible says: ‘You’re my last chance, my only hope for life!’ May that be the cry of our hearts!

Begin Afresh Every Morning

Image
The LORD’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I have hope in Him.”  — Lamentations 3:22-24 (NAS) As each day dawns, the LORD showers us with brand new compassions and mercies. We get to begin afresh! Our God is faithful and His lovingkindness never fails. Look forward to what lies ahead, and keep your hope in Him. Expect great things to come your way, today! We serve a great big God and He is doing great BIG things!

To Whom Shall We Go?

Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. — Psalm 73:25 (NKJV) Jesus once asked the twelve disciples, “Do you also want to go away?” And Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. Also we have come to believe and know that You are the Christ, the Son of the living God,” (John 6:67-69). Let us be like the psalmist who made a dedicated decision, “My flesh and my heart may fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever (Psalm 73:26). The Lord is all we really have and thank God, He is all we really need!
