When the righteous cry [for help], the LORD hears and rescues them from all their distress and troubles. The LORD is near to the heartbroken and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (contrite in heart, truly sorry for their sin). Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the LORD rescues him from them all. — Psalms 34:17-19 (AMP) “Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!” (Psalms 34:8 NKJV) “All he does is just and good, and all his commandments are trustworthy. They are forever true, to be obeyed faithfully and with integrity.” (Psalms 111:7-8 NLT) No matter what or who confronts you today, remember that Yahweh is good and He delivers the righteous out of all their troubles.

He Is With You

“Sir,” Gideon replied, “if the LORD is with us, why has all this happened to us? And where are all the miracles our ancestors told us about? Didn’t they say, ‘The LORD brought us up out of Egypt’? But now the LORD has abandoned us and handed us over to the Midianites.” — Judges 6:13 (NLT) The question is not “why?” or “what?” It is “WHO?” No matter how devastating circumstances may appear, remember that Yahweh is with you and He is faithful to bring you through all of your troubles. He Himself has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” “When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior…” (See Hebrews 13:5 & Isaiah 43:2-3 NLT) Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the LORD rescues him from them all....

The next day as we were being violently storm-tossed, they began to jettison the cargo; and on the third day they threw the ship’s tackle overboard with their own hands. Since neither sun nor stars appeared for many days, and no small storm was assailing us, from then on all hope of our being saved was gradually abandoned.   — Acts 27:18-20 (NASB1995) When the storms of life seem to go on and on, do not lose hope. The LORD hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. (Psalms 34:17 NLT) In Isaiah 43:2 (NLT), the LORD says: “When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.” You may experience some loss in the midst of the storm. There may be some things you need to get rid of to lighten your load, but the LORD will rescue you. (See Psalms 34:19)

Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the LORD rescues him from them all. — Psalms 34:19 (AMP) Dear friends, don’t be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you. (1 Peter 4:12 NLT) Do not be anxious, nor dismayed. Yahweh, our God is in your midst, and He is mighty to save. Keep your trust in Him at all times. The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him [with awe-inspired reverence and worship Him with obedience], and He rescues [each of] them. O taste and see that the LORD [our God] is good; How blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who takes refuge in Him. O [reverently] fear the LORD, you His saints (believers, holy ones); For to those who fear Him there is no want. (Psalms 34:7-9 AMP)  The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous [those with moral courage and spiritual integrity] and His ears are open to their cry. When the righteous cry [for help], the...

Then they took Jeremiah and cast him into the cistern of Malchijah the king’s son, which was in the court of the guardhouse; and they let Jeremiah down with ropes. Now in the cistern there was no water but only mud, and Jeremiah sank into the mud. — Jeremiah 38:6 (NASB1995) Jeremiah was thrown into a dungeon for obeying God and speaking His word of warning to the people. Even when we are doing as Yahweh has instructed us, things may not go as we think they should. When you are mistreated for speaking the Word of God, remember that Yahweh is always with you. You are never alone. And they will fight against you, but they will not overcome you, for I am with you to deliver you,” declares Yahweh. (See Jeremiah 1:19 LSB) Just as Jeremiah was lifted out of the dungeon (See Jeremiah 38:13), Yahweh will rescue you from the hands of the enemy.  Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For YAH, the LORD, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.’ ” There...

Fear the LORD

But the LORD watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love. He rescues them from death and keeps them alive in times of famine. — Psalms 33:18-19 (NLT) The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil. (See Proverbs 9:10 & 3:7) “For the eyes of the Lord Yahweh rest upon the godly, and his heart responds to their prayers. But he turns his back on those who practice evil.” ‭‭(1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭12‬ ‭TPT‬‬) Let all the earth fear Yahweh; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. (Psalms 33:8 LSB) Great is the LORD! He is most worthy of praise! He is to be feared above all gods. Then Daniel spoke to the king, “O king, live forever! My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths and they have not harmed me, inasmuch as I was found innocent before Him; and also toward you, O king, I have committed no crime.” ...So Daniel was taken up out of the den and no injury whatever was found on him, because he had trusted in his God. — Daniel 6:21-23 (NASB1995) In Daniel 6:16, the king stated that Daniel served his God so faithfully. Even in the face of imminent danger, Daniel continued to trust Almighty God. And the Most High God showed Himself faithful to Daniel. He kept Daniel safe when he was cast into the lions' den. No matter what difficult situation you face, continue to believe in, rely on and trust in our mighty God. Just as Darius the king wrote to all the peoples, nations and men of every language who were living in the land at that time, may the people living all over the world today, reverently fear and tremble before the God of Daniel. For He is the liv...

When You Don’t Know What to Do
