Manna for Your Morning

Praise the LORD! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty expanse. Praise Him for His mighty deeds; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness. — Psalm 150:1-2 (NASB) Who is to declare His praises? Everything that has breath! Psalm 150:6 (MSG) says, Let every living, breathing creature praise God! Hallelujah! Are we to praise Him in good times only? No! Psalm 34:1 (NASB) says, I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. The Voice Bible says: Whenever I speak, my words will always praise Him. Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. — Psalm 103:1 (NLT)

The one thing I ask of the LORD— the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, delighting in the LORD’s perfections and meditating in his Temple. For he will conceal me there when troubles come; he will hide me in his sanctuary. He will place me out of reach on a high rock. — Psalm 27:4-5 (NLT) Our heavenly Father is not a dead beat dad. He is alive. He is willing and He is able to handle all of your concerns. He is the ultimate source of all we need, want and desire. While others may cast you aside, the LORD adopts you as His child. Psalm 27:10 (MSG) says, “ My father and mother walked out and left me, but God took me in. ” Don’t despair when people mistreat you. Abide in peace, because we have God’s protection, His provision and most important of all, His Presence.
