“For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD bestows grace and favor and honor; No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.” — Psalms 84:11 (AMP) Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. (Psalms 34:8-9 NKJV) Yahweh is good and generous. His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness. (See 2 Peter 1:3) No matter what set of circumstances are before you today, believe that you will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. (See Psalms 27:13) Give thanks to Yahweh, for He is good; For His lovingkindness endures forever. (Psalms 118:29 LSB) His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations. But Jesus loudly declared, “The one who believes and trusts in Me does not believe [only] in Me but [also believes] in Him who sent Me. And whoever sees Me sees the One who sent Me. I have come as Light into the world, so that everyone who believes and trusts in Me [as Savior—all those who anchor their hope in Me and rely on the truth of My message] will not continue to live in darkness.” — John 12:44-46 (AMP) Believe in Jesus as Savior and anchor your hope in Him. Followers of Christ shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life. (See John 8:12) The Father has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love (See Colossians 1:12-13) Let us cast off the works of darkness, and put on the armor of light. (See Romans 13:12) “ The people who were sitting in darkness saw a great Light, and those who were sitting in the land and shadow of death, upon them a Light dawned .” — Matthew 4:16 (NASB1995)

“ You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character], because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation]. ” — Isaiah 26:3 (AMP) The key to remaining in perfect and constant peace is to keep our mind stayed on our great and awesome God. Give more attention to the Good News than to the nightly negative news. Keep your thoughts focused on the Most High God, Elohim, the all-powerful One. For you know the saying, “We live in God; we move in God; we exist in God.” And still another said, “We are indeed God’s children.” (Acts 17:28 VOICE) “ Trust in the LORD forever, for in God the LORD, we have an everlasting Rock. ” — Isaiah 26:4 (NASB)

He who pays attention to the word [of God] will find good, and blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) is he who trusts [confidently] in the LORD. — Proverbs 16:20 (AMP) We find good when we give attention to God’s Word, daily and not just on Sunday morning. The Word of God is Good News (you can use). For every word God speaks is sure and every promise pure. His truth is tested, found to be flawless, and ever faithful. It’s as pure as silver refined seven times in a crucible of clay. (Psalm 12:6 TPT) You can trust our faithful God to fulfill every Word He has spoken. Not reading and applying the Word of God, on a daily basis, places you in a battle with no weapon. We are in a war and the devil takes no vacations. He roams about the earth seeking whom he may devour. Even Jesus overcame the the temptation of the devil by stating the Word: “ It is written… ” (Matthew 4:4, 6, 7 &10)

For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand outside. I would rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness. O LORD of hosts, how blessed is the man who trusts in You! — Psalm 84:10-12 (NASB) Don’t be an outsider. Come and dwell in the house of the LORD. What the world offers is shallow, temporary and it drains you of life. Our heavenly Father is the giver of every perfect gift. (James 1:17) He generously gives us grace and glory. He fills our hearts with His love and our lives with His goodness. The LORD is a sun (giver of light) and a shield (our protection). He gives us a more abundant life that will last forever. Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name . — Psalm 100:4 (NASB)

He who gives attention to the word will find good, and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD. — Proverbs 16:20 (NASB) For good success in life, let us give attention to the Word of God, in what we believe, what we speak, and what we do. His word revives us and gives us life. It is our comfort in affliction (Psalm 119:50)  Rejoice at His word as one who finds great treasure. (Psalm 119:162) This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you  shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. ( Joshua 1:8  NKJV )

“Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:6 (NKJV) The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in and puts his confidence in the LORD will be exalted and safe. (Proverbs 29:25 AMP) Worship instead of worry. Faith over fear. Make His Presence and praising Him your highest priority. We enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise. Blessed are the people who know the passwords of praise, who shout on parade in the bright presence of God. Delighted, they dance all day long; they know who you are, what you do—they can’t keep it quiet! Your vibrant beauty has gotten inside us— you’ve been so good to us! We’re walking on air! All we are and have we owe to God, Holy God of Israel, our King! (Psalm 89:15-18 MSG)

Trust in the LORD forever, for in Yah, the LORD, is everlasting strength. — Isaiah 26:4 (NKJV) The LORD is my strength and my [impenetrable] shield; My heart trusts [with unwavering confidence] in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I shall thank Him and praise Him. (Psalm 28:7 AMP) Depend on God and keep at it because in the LORD God you have a sure thing. (Isaiah 26:4 MSG) We have an endless supply of strength when we look to God as our source. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. (Psalm 20:7 NKJV) And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; for You, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You. (Psalm 9:10  NKJV)

The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in and puts his confidence in the LORD will be exalted and safe. — Proverbs 29:25  (AMP) Giving more weight to what people say or think about us, than we give to the Word of God, is a snare: a trap or a pitfall. The Message Bibles says, “The fear of human opinion disables; trusting in God protects you from that.” (Proverbs 29:25 ) As long as we are more concerned with what people say, than what God says, we will be disabled from fulfilling God’s purpose and plan for our lives. Close your ear to the opinion of people and keep your ear open to the voice of God. His Word will build you up and strengthen you. Trust Him and keep your confidence in Him always. For this is contained in Scripture: “Behold, I lay in Zion a choice stone, a precious corner stone, and he who believes in Him will not be disappointed.” (1 Peter 2:6 NASB)

His Word is living, active and powerful (Hebrews 4:12). It revives and refreshes. His Word strengthens (Psalm 119:28) and gives us hope. As we hear His Word, it grows our faith (Romans 10:17). It comforts us in our affliction and gives us life (Psalm 119:50). His word is truth (Psalm 119:160) and it sets us free from the lies of the enemy. His Word is a lamp that lights up our path and shows us which way to go (Psalm 119:105). God’s Word reveals His goodness, His grace and mercy, and the love He has for us in Christ Jesus our Lord. Be sure to give attention to Jesus. He is the living Word (John 1:14). When we meditate in the Word day and night, and be careful to do everything in accordance with all that is written in it, then we will make our way prosperous, and then we will have good success. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. — Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV) Fix your thoughts on Jesus and He will keep you in perfect peace, unmoved by the circumstances of this earthly life. When we trust in the LORD, we are able to release our cares into His mighty capable hands. When we trust the LORD, we can remain in peace, because we know that He is working for our good and nothing is too difficult for Him. “ Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world. ” (John 16:33 NLT) “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you...Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:27)

Open your mouth and taste, open your eyes and see— how good God is. Blessed are you who run to him. — Psalm 34:8 (MSG) Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! (Psalm 34:8 NKJV)  The LORD is good and He does good. His plans for us are good. Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men! (Psalm 107:8 NJV) Trust God to work everything together for good in your life, no matter how things may appear at this moment in time. I would have despaired had I not believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD In the land of the living. (Psalm 27:13 AMP)

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, and whose hope is the LORD.” — Jeremiah 17:7 (NKJV) Those who trust in the LORD will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. (Jeremiah 17:8 NIV) Send out your roots to the stream of living water. The LORD alone is our hope in the day of disaster. (Jeremiah 17:17b NLT) And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love. (Romans 5:5 NLT) So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the LORD! (Psalm 31:24 NLT)

“…and they will fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you; for I am with you to save you and deliver you,” says the LORD. — Jeremiah 15:20 (NKJV) Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me! For my soul trusts in You; and in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, until these calamities have passed by. I will cry out to God Most High, to God who performs all things for me.  He shall send from heaven and save me; (Psalm 57:1-3a NKJV) For the LORD Most High is awesome; He is a great King over all the earth. (Psalm 47:2 NKJV) There is nothing higher or greater than our mighty God. He is the Most High God, exalted far above anyone or anything that stands against you. Stand with Him and you shall overcome.

However, when you totally trust in the LORD, He will not let you down. Come to Him with a humble and grateful heart, in complete confidence and full of expectation that He is all you need. There is no need you have that is too big for Him to handle. Jesus came that we may have life, and have it to the full. (John 10:10b) In His Presence there is no lack. He will fulfill your thirst and satisfy your hunger. Trust Him with all of your heart. They cried out to You and were delivered; They trusted in You and were not disappointed or ashamed. (Psalm 22:5 AMP)

You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. — Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV) When we set our minds on the LORD, we are elevated above earthly circumstances and are kept in perfect peace. As we trust God, we are not moved by the mountains or the storms of life, because we know that our God is mighty and greater. He is higher than any mountain and more powerful than any storms. Fix your thoughts upon the LORD, and trust Him to take care of everything that concerns you.

The LORD is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me? — Psalm 118:6 (NKJV) LORD Almighty, blessed is the one who trusts in you (Psalm 84:12 NIV). It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man (Psalm 118:8 NKJV). Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is kept safe (Proverbs 29:25 NIV). The Lord Is faithful. When all others forsake you, the Lord will stand with you and strengthen you, as He did the Apostle Paul, in 2 Timothy 4:16-17. With God on your side, who can stand against you? Trust in the LORD always, for the LORD God is the eternal Rock. (Isaiah 26:4 NLT)

Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me! For my soul trusts in You; and in the shadow of Your wings I will make my refuge, until these calamities have passed by. — Psalm 57:1 (NKJV) When calamities come it is not the time to draw back and blame God. As the Message Bible says in Psalm 57:1, “ I’ve run to you for dear life. ” Call upon God and seek refuge in the shadow of His wing. Psalm 57:2 (AMP) says, I will cry to God Most High, Who accomplishes all things on my behalf [for He completes my purpose in His plan].  Let your soul trust in Him. Our heavenly Father will ensure His good purpose and plan for your life is fulfilled. Amen.

Psalm 27:1 says the LORD is the strength of your life. When you go through deep waters, He will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. (Isaiah 43:2 NLT) Give thanks and praise to the LORD, our God. He is mighty to save!

Tune into the Word of God and you will find the good and positive message that will revive you. When we wisely pay attention to His Word, we find good. His Word gives life. (Psalm 119:50) Through His precepts we get understanding. (Psalm 119:104). Trust in the LORD and do good. Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you your heart’s desires (Psalm 37:3-4 NLT). Know that it is better to trust in the LORD than to put your confidence in man. (Psalm 118:8) Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! (Psalm 34:8)
