Mary responded, “Oh, how my soul praises the Lord. How my spirit rejoices in God my Savior!”  — Luke 1:46-47 (NLT) “For the Mighty One is holy, and he has done great things for me. Praise the LORD! Yes, give praise, O servants of the LORD. Praise the name of the LORD! Blessed be the name of the LORD now and forever. Everywhere—from east to west— praise the name of the LORD. For the LORD is high above the nations; his glory is higher than the heavens. — Psalms 113:1-4 (NLT) Our God is good and everything He does is good. (See Psalms 119:68) Everything he does reveals his glory and majesty. His righteousness never fails. He causes us to remember his wonderful works. How gracious and merciful is our LORD! (Psalms 111:3-4 NLT) Not to us, O L ORD , not to us, but to your name goes all the glory for your unfailing love and faithfulness. (Psalms 115:1) The dead cannot sing praises to the LORD, for they have gone into the silence of the grave. But we can praise the LORD both now and forever! Praise the LORD! (Psalms 115:17-18)

My lips will glorify You because Your faithful love is better than life. So I will praise You as long as I live; at Your name, I will lift up my hands. You satisfy me as with rich food; my mouth will praise You with joyful lips. — Psalm 63:3-5 (HCSB) It is good to praise Yahweh, to sing praise to Your name, Most High, to declare Your faithful love in the morning and Your faithfulness at night, with a ten-stringed harp

How happy are those who have learned how to praise You; those who journey through life by the light of Your face. Every hour of the day, they rejoice at the sound of Your name. They are lifted up and encouraged by Your righteousness. — Psalm 89:15-16 (VOICE) Praise the LORD! Let all that I am praise the LORD. I will praise the LORD as long as I live. I will sing praises to my God with my dying breath. Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there. When they breathe their last, they return to the earth, and all their plans die with them. But joyful are those who have the God of Israel as their helper, whose hope is in the LORD their God. Praise the LORD, for he has shown me the wonders of his unfailing love. He kept me safe when my city was under attack . — Psalm 31:21 (NLT) Let us rejoice in the unfailing love of the LORD. Because the Most High God is a God of forgiveness, grace and mercy. He is slow to become angry, and rich in unfailing love. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. (Romans 8:38 NLT) You gave me life and showed me your unfailing love. My life was preserved by your care. Sing praise to the LORD, you His godly ones, and give thanks to His holy name. For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, but a shout of joy comes in the morning. — Psalm 30:4-5 (NASB) I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. (Psalm 34:1 NASB) You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have taken off my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, that my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever. (Psalm 30:11-12 AMP)

Praise the LORD! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty expanse. Psalm 150:6 (MSG) says, Let every living, breathing creature praise God! Hallelujah! Are we to praise Him in good times only? No! Psalm 34:1 (NASB) says, I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. The Voice Bible says: Whenever I speak, my words will always praise Him. Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. — Psalm 103:1 (NLT)

I will sing praises to my God with my dying breath. — Psalm 146:1-2 (NLT) May we continually praise and give thanks to the LORD. He inhabits the praises of His people. When we whine and complain, it kills our joy and peace. When our mouths continually praise and give thanks to God, even in the midst of adverse circumstances, we strengthen our trust and reliance on God. We are able to keep our peace and joy, knowing that our mighty God is working everything together for good. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. — 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NLT) 

“Let us praise the Lord, the God of Israel, because he has come to help his people and has given them freedom. He has given us a powerful Savior from the family of God’s servant David. — Luke 1:68-69 (NCV) Praise God that He helps His people! Psalm 54:4 (NLT) says, God is my helper. The Lord keeps me alive! Psalm 27:9 says, He has always been my helper. Not only does our help come from the Lord, but He has given us a powerful Savior. Jesus, our mighty Savior has gained the victory for us and set us free. No matter what fire storms you have gone through, the Lord helped you to rise up out of the ashes and live a new day, full of hope and promise.  So we can say with confidence, “The LORD is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?” (Hebrews 13:6 NLT)

Then Mary said, “My soul praises the Lord; my heart rejoices in God my Savior…” — Luke 1:46-47 (NCV) Let us rejoice in God, our Savior. How often? Rejoice always! (1 Thessalonians 5:16 NKJV) In any and every circumstance we can rejoice that our God is a good God. He is loving and He is faithful. God will show his mercy forever and ever to those who worship and serve him. (Luke 1:50 NCV) Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle’s! — Psalm 103:1-5 (NLT)

Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. — Psalm 103:2-3 (NLT) We are forgiven! The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. (Psalm 103:8 NASB) He does not punish us for all our sins; he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve. For his unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. (Psalm 103:10-12 NLT) Let us be like our heavenly Father, and give grace to others. Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you, just as the Lord has forgiven you, so should you forgive. (Colossians 3:13) Instead of bearing grudges, build bridges. Be kind and helpful to one another, tender-hearted [compassionate, understanding], forgiving one another [readily and freely], just as God in Christ also forgave you. ...

You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. — Jeremiah 29:13 (NASB) In Genesis 3:8, Adam and Eve tried to hide themselves from the presence of the LORD God. At times, we may try to hide from God, but praise the LORD, our heavenly Father never hides from us! When we wholeheartedly seek Him, He promises that we will find Him. The Amplified Bible says, “ Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. ” (Jeremiah 29:13) May we require Him as a vital necessity, and never stray away. Let the deep longing of your heart be for His Presence. The Message Bible says, “ When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed. ” (Jeremiah 29:13)

I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright and in the congregation. — Psalm 111:1 (NKJV) Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the Lord! (Psalm 150:6) If you are reading this, you have the breath of life in your body, so get your praise on. Turn it up! Praise the LORD! Praise, O servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD! Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and forevermore! From the rising of the sun to its going down the LORD’s name is to be praised. (Psalm 113:1-3 NKJV) The works of the LORD are great! (Psalm 111:2a)  May His praise be on our lips, not just on Sunday morning, but throughout our day, every day of the week.

No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. — Romans 8:37 (NLT) Despite all the challenges, trials and temptations we encounter in this life, overwhelming victory is ours through Jesus Christ, who has demonstrated His sacrificial love for us. We can continue to praise the Lord, through all difficulties, because the battle belongs to the God (2 Chronicles 20:15) and He has already given us the victory in Christ Jesus. Amen!

A man with leprosy came and knelt in front of Jesus, begging to be healed. “If you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean,” he said. Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” — Mark 1:40-41 (NLT) The great I AM is always willing. He heals the sick, restores the broken, and gives life to that which is dead. Jesus is moved with compassion, to answer the needs of those who seek Him. Ask in faith and look expectantly to Him, our provider. He is the source of our strength, and hope. Give thanks and praise the Lord for his unfailing grace, mercy and compassion.

O Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will praise Your name, for You have done wonderful things, even purposes planned of old [and fulfilled] in faithfulness and truth. — Isaiah 25:1 (AMP) We can praise the LORD at all times because He is faithful and true. No matter what storm rages around us, the LORD, our God, our El Shaddai (benevolent Blesser), is with us and He is faithful to bring us through, even if He has to carry us. The LORD is a wonder-working God and He will fulfill every promise He has spoken. He created us on purpose and for a purpose. As we continue to walk in His ways, we can be certain that  the good plans He has for us will be accomplished.
