We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are. — Romans 3:22 (NLT)   This righteousness of God comes through faith in Jesus Christ for all those [Jew or Gentile] who believe [and trust in Him and acknowledge Him as God’s Son]. There is no distinction, since all have sinned and continually fall short of the glory of God, (Romans 3:22-23 AMP). I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. He is faithful to answer. In Jeremiah 29:12 (NASB1995) the LORD says: “Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.” God shows no favoritism. (See Acts 10:34 NLT) For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; for “Whoever will call on the name of the LORD will be saved.” (Romans 10:12-13 NASB1995) Amen. To You I shall offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving, and call upon the name of Yahweh. — Psalms 116:17 (LSB)

Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. — 1 Timothy 6:17 (NLT) Do not be like those in the church of Laodiciea (the lukewarm church). Because they say, “I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing,” In Revelation 3:17 (NASB1995), He says to them: you do not know that you are wretched and miserable, poor, blind and naked. So don’t fix your hope on the uncertainty of worldly riches. Instead, set your hope on the living God, our true Source. Trust in the One Who richly and ceaselessly supplies us with all we need for our enjoyment. Do good, be rich in good works, be generous and ready to share, thus storing up treasure for yourself as a good foundation for the future, so that you may take hold of that which is truly life. (See 1 Timothy 6:18-19 ESV)

For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.’ — Jeremiah 29:11 (NASB1995) Proverbs 19:21 (AMP) says: Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is the LORD’s purpose for him that will stand (be carried out). We may take some detours, fall into a few sinkholes, and end up on some dead-end roads, but our Heavenly Father knows how to re-route us and get us going in the right direction, on the path that leads to YAHWEH and a more abundant life. Don’t try to force your own way. Seek His will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. (Proverbs 3:6) His plans for us are good. “ Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. ” — John 7:37 (NASB) Jesus invites us to come to Him. In Matthew 11:28, He says: “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.” There are no conditions in our coming. He just wants us to come. And coming to Him is not just a one time event. Let us come to Him every day and each moment of the day. In John 6:37, Jesus says, “…the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out.” You are invited and accepted. “ Incline your ear and come to Me. Listen, that you may live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, according to the faithful mercies shown to David. ” — Isaiah 55:3 (NASB)

We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. — 2 Corinthians 4:8 (NLT) We may experience pressure on all sides and various afflictions, but we do not give up. For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever. (2 Corinthians 4:17-18 NLT) Lift up your eyes to the mountains; from where shall your help come? Your help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. The world of the generous gets larger a nd larger; the world of the stingy gets smaller and smaller. — Proverbs 11:24 (MSG)   The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed; those who help others are helped. — Proverbs 11:25 (MSG) Enlarge your world by being generous. We don’t give to get, we give because we are made in the image of God and He is the greatest giver of all time. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father… (James 1:17) He has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness. God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life . (John 3:16 NKJV) What can you give?

God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam. Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge! Interlude — Psalm 46:1-3 (NLT) No matter what set of circumstances arise, remember, our God is a very present help in times of trouble. In the midst of catastrophe, He is the one constant. He is a faithful and well-proven help at all times. The LORD hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. (Psalm 34:17 NLT) Be confident that when you call upon Him, He will answer. (Psalm 91:15) Amen.

I will lift up my eyes to the hills— from whence comes my help? My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. — Psalm 121:1-2 (NKJV) Lift up your eyes. Look to the LORD, our Helper. Every tool of the enemy is designed to get us to take our eyes off the LORD. He uses fear, discouragement, condemnation and shame to draw our attention away from the God who loves us, forgives us and empowers us to do all things. Keep your eyes on the LORD and rely on Him, in all situations. Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces (Psalm 34:5 NLT).

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! — Philippians 4:4 (AMP) When we make a decision to rejoice in the Lord, we have an abundant pool to draw from. He is the limitless source of all our joy, peace, hope and love. The joy of the LORD is also our strength. Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4 NKJV)!

“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the LORD, who has compassion on you. — Isaiah 54:10 (NIV) Do not be disturbed by the fiery trials and troubles you are going through. Hold onto His peace. When all the shaking is done, the things which cannot be shaken will remain, that is God's unfailing love for you and His covenant of peace. Through the unfailing love of the Most High you will remain standing. His unfailing love is your support (Psalm 94:18 NIV). The LORD delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love (Psalm 147:11 NIV). Morning by morning He brings you word of His unfailing love. Embrace it and it will preserve your life!

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. — Romans 5:13 (NKJV) As we believe and trust in the God of hope, we will be filled with all joy and peace. In His Presence is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). The Word doesn't say if our hormones are balanced or when our bank accounts have a surplus. His Presence alone, is enough to fill us with joy. And as we fix our thoughts on the LORD, He keeps us in perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). So, as we believe in God, rivers of joy and peace, naturally flow and that creates in us a pool of hope that is powered by His Holy Spirit within us. Let us truly believe God, the Creator of all, the way maker. He is the God of ALL hope!

But the LORD is my fortress; my God is the mighty rock where I hide.  — Psalm 94:22 (NLT) Instead of trying to hide from our heavenly Father, like a child who has disobeyed his parents, let us hide in God. Our God is the perfect hiding place. He is a strong and mighty fortress. He is a safe refuge in the midst of the storm. Hide so far in God that when the enemy comes to knock on your door, he can't even find it.

‘Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You. Jeremiah 32:17 (NKJ) All things are possible with God, the maker of heaven and earth. He turns, "I can't," into "I can and I will." While circumstances and appearances shout, "no way!" He makes a way. Doctors diagnose the disease, and He rises with healing in His wings. The devil may try to hold you in darkness and bondage, but the light and power of God breaks you free. There may depression and weeping, but in His Presence there is fullness of joy and singing. Nothing is too hard for our great and awesome God!

"Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock." Matthew 7:24-25 (NKJ) Be a person of great wisdom and build your life on the rock. Anyone who listens to the words of Jesus and practices them has a strong foundation. Those who build their lives on the solid rock of Christ will not cave in or collapse during stormy times. They will be able to stand strong in spite of the flood waters and strong winds.
