Manna for Your Morning

For it was always in his perfect plan to adopt us as his delightful children, through our union with Jesus, the Anointed One, so that his tremendous love that cascades over us would glorify his grace—for the same love he has for his Beloved One, Jesus, he has for us. We humans keep brainstorming options and plans, but God’s purpose prevails. — Proverbs 19:21 (MSG) God has a perfect plan for each and every person. And Jesus gave His life to save us and empower us to fulfill it. The LORD has a good plan for each one of us. He created us with purpose and a glorious destiny. As we follow His Word and are led by His Holy Spirit, He will take us from one glory to another level of glory. When we let the devil or our flesh, lure us off the path that leads to everlasting life and a more abundant life here on earth,  we are making detours away from His good and perfect plan. But no matter where we are today and no matter what poor decisions we have made in the past, God will work everything together for good. Choose today, to follow God and serve Him only.

God, your Redeemer, who shaped your life in your mother’s womb, says: “I am God. I made all that is. With no help from you I spread out the skies and laid out the earth.” — Isaiah 44:24 (MSG) When life seems stormy and chaotic, remember God has a perfect plan for your life. He has all your days written in His book, and you have not come to the end of the story yet. He chose you and called you to live a life of purpose, with a glorious destination. The path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until the full day. (Proverbs 4:18) Our heavenly Father will work everything together for good. Give all your cares and concerns to Him. Nothing is too difficult for Him. ‘Ah Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Don’t be obsessed with getting more material things. Be relaxed with what you have. Since God assured us, “I’ll never let you down, never walk off and leave you,” — Hebrews 13:5 (MSG) Jesus is our blessed assurance. Material things will not last and only Jesus can truly satisfy. God will never fail you, nor abandon you. Even when He seems far away, know that He is right beside you. And when you can’t see Him working, you can be assured that He is working everything together for good to bring about His perfect plan and purpose for your life. So we can say with confidence, “The LORD is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?” (Hebrews 13:6 NLT)

And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is God’s perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus. — 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (TPT) Whatever you are in the midst of today, remember to be always giving thanks to God. If circumstances are not ideal, thank God that He is bringing you through it. The situation is temporary. When you focus on lack, it makes your world seem small. Being thankful for what God has already provided helps to acknowledge our Source: our heavenly Father and it also allows room for multiple blessings to flow into our lives. Being thankful creates an atmosphere for miracles to take place. In Matthew 14, a multitude of people were with Jesus, in a deserted place and He instructed the disciples to feed them.
