Gain New Strength

But those who wait for the LORD [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] will gain new strength and renew their power; They will lift up their wings [and rise up close to God] like eagles [rising toward the sun]; They will run and not become weary, they will walk and not grow tired. — Isaiah 40:31 (AMP) Gain new strength as you draw near to Yahweh and be still in His Presence. Pour out your petitions to Him and wait expectantly for His answer. Our mighty God is able. He will establish and strengthen you. In Isaiah 41:10 (AMP), the LORD says: ’Do not fear [anything], for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you; I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’  May He grant you out of the riches of His glory, to be strengthened and spiritually energized with power through His Spirit in your inner self, [indwelling your innermost being and personality] ...

Keep Believing

“ And now my soul is poured out because of my plight; The days of affliction take hold of me. My bones are pierced in me at night, and my gnawing pains take no rest. But when I looked for good, evil came to me; and when I waited for light, then came darkness. (See Psalm 33:20) Psalm 34:17 (NKJV) says: The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Psalm 27:13 (NKJV) says:  I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Keep believing in the goodness and deliverance of YAHWEH. Hope in God

Why are you in despair, O my soul? Why have you become restless and disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my God. — Psalm 42:11 (AMP) Hold onto your hope in God. It serves as an anchor, holding you close to the Lord, and keeping you from drifting away by the waves of doubt and fear. This hope [this confident assurance] we have as an anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whatever pressure bears upon it]—a safe and steadfast hope that enters within the veil [of the heavenly temple, that most Holy Place in which the very presence of God dwells], (Hebrews 6:19 AMP) So I say to my soul, “Don’t be discouraged. Don’t be disturbed. For I know my God will break through for me.” Then I’ll have plenty of reasons to praise him all over again. Yes, living before his face is my saving grace! — Psalm 42:11 (TPT)

WAIT

Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You [and only You] I wait [expectantly] all the day long. — Psalm 25:5 (AMP) Wait on the LORD. He will send the answer. He will make a way, where there seems to be no way. God will open the door that needs to be opened and close the door that needs to be closed. The promise will be fulfilled. His Word does not return to Him void. It shall accomplish His intended purpose. It shall succeed in the thing for which He sent it. (Isaiah 55:11) Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face continually. — 1 Chronicles 16:11 (NASB)

The Chosen One!

Hope in God

When life is overwhelming, instead of giving up, give in to the power and strength of the Holy Spirit in you. Let your mind rest on the faithfulness of our heavenly Father. For He will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint. (Jeremiah 31:25) And those who know Your name [who have experienced Your precious mercy] will put their confident trust in You, For You, O LORD, have not abandoned those who seek You. (Psalm 9:10 AMP) Show me your ways, LORD, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. (Psalm 25:4-5 NIV)

Long for Him

Therefore the LORD waits [expectantly] and longs to be gracious to you, and therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the LORD is a God of justice; Blessed (happy, fortunate) are all those who long for Him [since He will never fail them]. — Isaiah 30:18 (AMP) No matter how circumstances appear today, know that God is working everything together for your good, if you love God, and are called according to His purpose. May your soul long for the living God more than anyone or anything else. He will never fail you. Look straight ahead, and fix your eyes on what lies before you. (Proverbs 4:25 NLT) “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9  NLT)

Keep Hope Alive

“The LORD is my portion and my inheritance,” says my soul; “Therefore I have hope in Him and wait expectantly for Him.” — Lamentations 3:24 (AMP) As we trust and fully rely on the LORD, we keep our hope alive and vibrant. Trust [confidently] in Him at all times, O people; Pour out your heart before Him. God is a refuge for us. Selah. (Psalm 62:8 AMP) Our hope in God will not lead to disappointment, because our mighty God is faithful and trustworthy. The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles (Psalm 34:17). It is good that one should hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD. (Lamentations 3:24 NKJV)

Wait Expectantly

Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for I pray to no one but you. Listen to my voice in the morning, LORD. Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly. — Psalm 5:2-3 (NLT) When you cry out to the LORD, know that He hears you. Psalm 34:15 (NKJV) says: The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry. He not only listens, He answers. Wait with expectancy to see our mighty God do wonderful things in your midst.  No matter how impossible your situation appears, remember that with God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26)

Look Up

My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct it to You, and I will look up. — Psalm 5:3 (NKJV) When you don’t know where to go, turn to the LORD. When you're uncertain of what to do, look to the LORD. When you're at a loss for words, speak the Word of God. Lay your requests before the LORD and wait expectantly. Watch and wait for Him to speak to your heart. When we call upon Him He is faithful to answer. When they call on me, I will answer;  I will be with them in trouble.  I will rescue and honor them. (Psalm 91:15 NLT)

Wait Expectantly

In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly. — Psalm 5:3 (NIV) Some people expected to touch the hem of the Lord’s garment and they were made perfectly well (Matthew 14:36). The centurion requested Jesus just speak a word and his servant was healed (Matthew 8:8, 8:13). He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20 NIV). What is your level of expectancy? “You will never rise above your highest level of expectation.” —Pastor Jeff T. Osborne. When you have done all you can do, look to the LORD and wait expectantly. My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him (Psalm 62:5 NKJV).

True to His Word

God, my shepherd! I don’t need a thing. You have bedded me down in lush meadows, you find me quiet pools to drink from. True to your word, you let me catch my breath and send me in the right direction. — Psalm 23:1-3 (MSG) Be confident that God will bring to pass, at the appointed time, whatever He has spoken to you. His word does not return to Him without accomplishing the thing for which He sent it. Wait expectantly on the LORD. Don't lose heart and become discouraged. God is true to His Word. Amen!

Nothing Too Difficult!

Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You. — Jeremiah 32:17  (NKJV) In 2 Kings 20:5 (NKJV), King Hezekiah was sick and near death and the prophet Isaiah said to him, “Thus says the LORD, the God of David your father: ‘I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will heal you…’ ” God extended his life for fifteen years and defended his city from their enemies. What are you believing God for today? He has heard your prayer and He has seen your tears. Lay your requests before Him and wait expectantly (Psalm 5:3 NIV). Nothing is too difficult for our great God!
