Seek Yahweh

My covenant of blessing will never be broken,” says the LORD, who has mercy on you. (Isaiah 54:10 NLT) The LORD will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing ...

A Sacrifice of Thanksgiving

Let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare His works with rejoicing. The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.” — Psalms 145:16-18 (NKJV) “O LORD, hear me as I pray; pay attention to my groaning. Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for I pray to no one but you.” (Psalms 5:1-2 NLT) “…in my distress I cried out to the LORD; yes, I cried to my God for help. Turn to the LORD

Image
“Seek the LORD while you can find him. Call on him now while he is near. Let the wicked change their ways and banish the very thought of doing wrong. Let them turn to the LORD that he may have mercy on them. Yes, turn to our God, for he will forgive generously.” — Isaiah 55:6-7 (NLT) If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 NKJV) For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. (Psalms 103:11-12 NASB1995) “Now, therefore,” says the LORD, “Turn to Me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning. Valley of Decision

Image
Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of Yahweh is near in the valley of decision. — Joel 3:14 (LSB) Each person must decide for themselves. Yahweh has set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants, by loving the LORD your God, by obeying His voice, and by holding fast to Him; for this is your life and the length of your days… (See Deuteronomy 30:19-20 NASB1995) For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him, for “Whoever calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.” (Romans 10:12-13 LSB) May we not be of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul. (See Hebrews 10:39) Press on toward the upward call of God in Messiah Yeshua.  Yahweh is righteous in all His ways and holy in all His works. Yahweh is near to all who call upon Him, to all who ca...

Call & Come

Image
Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. — Jeremiah 29:12-13 (AMP) What or whom do you seek first? Is it the latest news on your favorite social media platform? Or is it the living God, Who created you and continually lavishes His unfailing love upon you? For All People

Image
But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people; Luke 2:10 (NASB) The good news about who Jesus is and what He has done for us, is for everyone, people all over the world, of every race, color and tongue. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:11-13 NIV) Let us continually call on the name of Jesus, our Savior. He brings great joy and a deep abiding peace, as we trust in Him.
