Nothing Too Difficult

Image
‘Ah Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You,  — Jeremiah 32:17 (NASB1995) O LORD, how great are Your works! Your thoughts are very deep. (Psalm 92:5 NKJV) Never drift away, nor draw back from YAHWEH. Stay anchored in the Lord. Let us declare His lovingkindness in the morning, and His faithfulness every night. (See Psalm 92:2 NKJV) Whatever storms come, the LORD of Heaven’s Armies is faithful to bring you through it. Nothing is too difficult for Him. When you go through deep waters, He will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. (See Isaiah 43:2 NLT) Glory belongs to God, whose power is at work in us. By this power he can do infinitely more than we can ask or imagine. Glory belongs to God in the church and in Christ Jesus for all time and eter...

Our Strength & Peace

Image
God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam. Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge! Interlude — Psalm 46:1-3 (NLT) May our strength and peace come from having our trust and confidence anchored in the LORD. He is our stability. The world around us is in a constant state of change. If you hang your hope on this world’s system you will be tossed to and fro, in every direction. But our God remains the same. He is love. He is rich in mercy and grace. He is strong and mighty.  The LORD gives his people strength. The LORD blesses them with peace  (Psalm 29:11 NLT).

“It is Well.”

Then she called to her husband, and said, “Please send me one of the young men and one of the donkeys, that I may run to the man of God and come back.” So he said, “Why are you going to him today? It is neither the New Moon nor the Sabbath.” And she said, “It is well.” — 2 Kings 4:22-23 (NKJV) The son of the Shunammite woman had just sat in her lap and died, and yet she responds to her husband that “It is well.” What living hope, what blind faith, what reliance on God and His extravagant goodness. May we have the eyes to look at adverse circumstances, full of faith. Let us keep our hope alive, and anchored in the LORD, no matter how dead situations may appear to our natural eyes. And may we always trust in God and rely on Him to revive that which seems utterly hopeless. Blessed is the man or woman who trusts in the LORD! (Psalm 34:8)

Keep Your Hope in Our Helper!

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God, Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever, — Psalm 146:5-6 (NKJV) We can rejoice because our help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth. With us is the LORD our God, to help us and to fight our battles (2 Chronicles 32:8). Nothing is too difficult for Him! God is our strength and our shield; our hearts can trust in Him, and we will find the help we need. Keep your hope anchored in the LORD, our helper.

In Hope, Tribulation & Prayer

rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; — Romans 12:12 (NKJV) Let us rejoice in hopeful expectation to see the Lord work in our lives and hearts. As long as our hope is anchored in the Lord Jesus Christ, we will not be disappointed. We can be patient in all kinds of troubles and tribulations, knowing that Jesus has given us the victory. We are more than conquerors! Continue steadfastly in prayer because our help comes from the LORD. Amen!

Renewal of Strength

But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.  — Isaiah 40:31 (NKJV) Do not become weary and discouraged while doing good. Wait with your hope anchored in the LORD and you will find new strength. He awakened you this morning, with a purpose and a plan for your life. Spread your wings and soar like an eagle toward all that God has given you to do and be!

Because They Relied on the LORD!

Thus the children of Israel were subdued at that time; and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied on the LORD God of their fathers . — 2 Chronicles 13:18 (NKJV) If you want to be shown more powerful than the forces that oppose you, rely on the LORD. Keep all of your trust and confidence anchored in the LORD, and you will see our mighty God show Himself strong on your behalf. Amen!
