Pay No Attention
While Jesus was still speaking, some people came from the house of the synagogue leader. They said, "Your daughter is dead. There is no need to bother the teacher anymore."
But Jesus paid no attention to what they said. He told the synagogue leader, "Don't be afraid; just believe."
Mark 5:35-36 (NCV)
When people speak words that are contrary to the Word of God, it is best to pay them no attention and keep walking with the Lord by faith. Jairus, a leader of the synagogue, ignored the negative report that had been given to him and kept believing. When Jesus spoke the Word his daughter was brought back to life (Mark 5:41-42).
I say to you, "Don't be afraid; just believe. God still works miracles"
Love,
Jackie
