Insight for Living

The instructions of the Lord are perfect, reviving the soul.
The decrees of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.
The commandments of the Lord are right, bringing joy to the heart.
The commands of the Lord are clear, giving insight for living.
Psalm 19:7-8 (NLT)

The instructions of the Lord help us to see the complicated situations before us clearly and they give us the wisdom to make the right choices. Following the Lord's teachings brings joy to the heart and revives the soul. May we live by His Word. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever (Isaiah 40:8).
