Good to Come Out of Evil
Joseph said to them, “Don’t be afraid! I can’t take God’s place. Even though you planned evil against me, God planned good to come out of it. This was to keep many people alive, as he is doing now.” —Genesis 50:19-20 (GW)
What Joseph's brothers meant for evil, by selling him into slavery, God planned to use for good. Whatever evil the enemy has planned against you, God will use it for good. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
