Life through His Word

Turn my eyes from worthless things, and give me life through your word. Reassure me of your promise, made to those who fear you. —Psalm 119:37-38 (NLT)

The Holy Bible is a love letter from God, full of promises He makes to His Beloved, that’s us. His wonderful Word gives us life. It strengthens us and revives us. (Psalm 110:25, 28). The Word of God is our comfort in affliction (Psalm 119:50). His word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. Forever, His Word is settled in heaven (Psalm 119:89). When we stand on His Word, we are standing on solid ground. May we  meditate on it day and night. (Psalm 119:105)

Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! — Philippians 4:4 (AMP) James 1:2-4 (NLT) says: “Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing.” Our joy is not to be based on the fluctuating circumstances of our lives. We experience fullness of joy in the Presence of Yahweh and He is always with us. No matter what season of life you are going through, have continual and contagious joy. Let your joy overflow and spill out onto those around you. He Came to Save
