Here to Rescue
For God expressed His love for the world in this way: He gave His only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not face everlasting destruction, but will have everlasting life. Here’s the point. God didn’t send His Son into the world to judge it; instead, He is here to rescue a world headed toward certain destruction. —John 3:16-17 (VOICE)
The LORD replies, “I have seen violence done to the helpless, and I have heard the groans of the poor. Now I will rise up to rescue them, as they have longed for me to do.” (Psalm 12:5 NLT) God's desire is for all to be saved. Once we become members of His family, He continues to watch over us and wants only the best for us. Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the LORD rescues him from them all. (Psalm 34:19 AMP)
