Favor!

“For the eyes of the LORD are [looking favorably] upon the righteous (the upright), and His ears are attentive to their prayer (eager to answer), but the face of the LORD is against those who practice evil.” —1 Peter 3:12 (AMP)

When we set our hearts to do what is right, the LORD is looking favorably upon us. Proverbs 11:27a (NKJV) says, He who earnestly seeks good finds favor. And his favor lasts for a lifetime! (Psalm 30:5) Not only are His eyes upon us, but His ears are open to hear us, so let us be unceasing and persistent in prayer (1 Thessalonians 5:17 AMP) because He is eager to answer. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results. (James 5:16 (NLT)
