Manna for Your Morning

The word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. From the fullness of his grace we have all received one blessing after another. John 1:14, 16 (NIV) Jesus is full of grace and because of His amazing grace, His unmerited favor, we have all received one blessing after another. As we count our blessings today, let us remember all the unearned benefits we receive in our  wonderful relationship with the Lord. It is a privilege just to know Him. Love, Jackie

"What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called Christ?" Pilate asked. Matthew 27:22 (NIV) Pilate asked this question of the Jews over 2000 years ago, however, it is a question that still needs an answer today. What do you do with Jesus? Do you hide Him in a closet Monday thru Saturday and let Him out on Sunday? Do you sit at His feet everyday and learn from Him? Do you share the love He has shown to you with your spouse, children, family, co-workers and neighbors? Do you keep your eyes on Him and follow Him wherever He leads you? Love, Jackie

If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. 1 John 4:15-16 (NIV) The love the Father has for us is so great, He calls us His children. We can count on the love of God.
